A delicious pan pizza with molded dough, better than the one in the oven and ready in just a few minutes
Dough ingredient:
-140 gr.Flour
140 gr. Yogurt🥛
1 egg🥚
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
● Topping at choice 🍄🥓🌶🍅🥑
🔴 ATTENTION! Put the dough in the COLD pan, then bake on the SMALL eye from the stove to THE LOWEST LEVEL !!!
If you don't cook over low heat, the dough browns on the bottom too quickly, and in the middle it remains raw.
