Excellent and very informative. Big thanks. As a presbyopia sufferer, I have following news on the Novartis UNR844. Alas, it failed Phase 2B trials, which is great shame. I then saw that Novartis has abandoned it. It seemed to offer such promise. Does anyone know, why it failed? And, also, could it be resurrected ? Or are there another companies / universities trying this Lipoic A choline ester, or alternatives? Joe
