- "Parts Of Us" is an episode series about skiing, following the couple Jacob and Sofia Wester as they explore more of Norway's endless options for freeskiing. After the 2022 success film "A Part Of Us", this series aims to take the viewer closer and show more of the details of this lifestyle of chasing powder snow and steep lines together, with the goal of documenting as much of it as possible.
In episode 2, we re-visit a semi-secret Norwegian valley with the hopes to score a huge couloir that Jacob never got to ski last winter. With perfect conditions, it was all systems go, until something unexpected happened on the way up. Where did the drone go? Come with us on a scavenger hunt on a big mountain, and will the couloir be skied?

I agree with a previous comment. Absolutely superb skiing from Jacob. However, what gives this video even more intrigue and appeal is Sofia's influence and input combined with Jacob's skiing. Loads of emotion and thought processes on display here...

Does Sofia carry anything else than jackets and blankets in her backpack, haha..
At least i am not the only one whose backpack is filled with jackets.
Only slight difference is, that my backpack is usually full with one hardshell and a mid layer, just because most backpacks that are comfortable to wear while skiing are too small for the jackets of two meter tall guy that prefers clothes to be on the baggier side...
Hahaha…I hear you! Whenever I see the tiny packs (with NOTHING hanging on the outside) that people carry in ski videos, I always think, “Don’t these people carry any food or water?! Don’t they ever get hot and want to shove a layer (or two)in their pack?! Don’t they carry all those little things that you usually don’t need, but when you do, you REALLY need it?! How do they manage with such minuscule packs?!” 😂
When shopping for touring specific backpacks one could usually read something like . "30l backpack for the really Long days out in the backcountry "
Haha good call, she does bring a few extra items such as a drone, a camera, a couple lenses, avy gear, the typical filmer stuff😂. Not cutting down on the down though, staying warm is key!!
