Good Saturday evening Craig As someone from Montana considering southwest Florida from an investment perspective, this was very educational and insightful. Thank you for not wasting my time!
Really like all your vids brother! People that are thinking about interest going down; it’s because they are renting/ and they are always be renters… But NOW; or whenever you can! Get ready, save money and buy A home, and stop giving money away to landlords (I own a couple properties myself)… Renters are increasing, so buy as long as you can! And Yes, you can alway refi if Interest rates go down (God Luck)
If you look at the historical stats for past market declines it appears that Florida is at its peak and will soon start to decline. This will most likely last for 3-5 years based on past statistical data. History tends to repeat itself.
@@livinginfortmyersflorida yes I’m listening. You said people are still spending money, but I maintain that the only reason they’re spending money is because they’re using their credit cards and basically spending money that they don’t have so yes I do listen to attentively.
@@frankiemionetto then you also understand affordability is a personal decision on how to spend and not the nature of the economy in the area, correct?
@@livinginfortmyersflorida Yes, there are some people with 401(k) money, etc. but the fact remains most Americans are overextended on credit cards and once people start bumping their credit limit will stop. Prosperity in Southwest Florida is on fumes.
Not sure if he is reading the reports but credit spending are at all time highs, report on savings shows that most Americans don't have much in their savings, car repo are at all time highs, inflation, high APR, two wars going on at the same time, and stocks are at all time high especially in the AI sector and I'm old enough to have experienced that more times than not, all that are recipe for something big coming. If you have Waited this long to find a good deal, I urge everyone to be patient a little longer or listen to this expert because I am no expert, not even close.
Yeah the FIRST year might have been $1800, (and keep in mind that is ONLY the flood insurance not the regular homeowner’s insurance) but who’s to say the next year what the rate will be? My homeowner’s insurance has gone straight up every year and fortunately I don’t have the need for flood insurance
Ok, increases in every market are happening... let's not play. My insurance went up 3k per year after being paid 10x that amount for storm claims. Go anywhere in the country and you will see insurance rate increases. Thanks for playing!

It's true that many Americans are struggling around the country. This is not the case for a great deal of people that are in a position that they need to move for a job, family or just lifestyle change. Those are. the people moving here. I try not to generalize when speaking because I know this isn't a one size fits all situation.
LOL...maybe follow the UA-cam bullshit a little more. I showed you exactly what they are not telling you. Evidence provided. How long will you believe it before you are screwed out of your next home?
Your video is hard to watch! The jittery up and down motion and your hair at the top disappears and reappears, all this because of the terrible green screen. Is you camera on a table? May I suggest putting a TV behind you and put your camera on a tripod, and use a good wireless mic like the Rode… And when I say hard to watch, I mean, headache inducing!!
You have expressed your thoughts very well
Good Saturday evening Craig

Thanks for your insight I especially appreciated your view of buying too small and having to upgrade to larger once you settle in
