KNEEEEE what a comeback - the patience he showed against Arslans constant pressure. Legendary Knee 🙌
arslan 4 time evo champion baby
@@thelightsout8366Knee is still better in my eyes. Arslan is amazing, but Knee, FOR ME, is better.
@@thelightsout8366 4x evo champ only using buttonmasher braindead chars😂😂
@@jacknapier8885 you shit haters will keep crying and Arslan will keep winning 🥱
That's in tekkn 7 it's old now ,he won't win anymore evo for sure,he doesn't know how to play evo@@thelightsout8366
Knee is definitely a real Tekken Legend...he is 38 years old and he continues to beat all the young players, he has literally defeated everyone, the old and new generation...in long sets he is almost unbeatable...he is undoubtedly the best Tekken player of all time with more than 115 official titles, and as things look...in Tekken 8 he will continue to be the tournament winning machine that he is to date...no one will ever surpass his numbers...the best Tekken player in history without a doubt...but be careful...Lowhigh, CBM, Mugold and Ulsan are going to kick a lot of ass too...
Hardcore Arslan fans(mainly Pakistani) degrade Knee to praise Arslan.. but Knee is undoubtedly a living legend of Tekken. When Knee was in his prime, the Tekken player pool was way bigger(and more competitive) than today- many many offline players. He is now 38 and still manages to beat young players who have faster reflection. I hope Pakistani fans give more respect to Knee. Arslan and Knee are a good friend and they respect each other. Can't wait to see these Tekken gods clashing in the future tournament.
@@SK-ju8siI love to see both playing and I expect great battle sets with these two in tournaments.

Don't forget about QUDAN's Devil Jin, his momentum is on fire right now.
I dont think age matters in a video game tbh
This is THE GREATEST COMEBACK I'VE EVER SEEN. This is match is going to be THE BIGGEST HIGHLIGHT OF KNEE'S CAREER, UNBELIEVABLE!
if ya'll watch closely arslan was conditioning knee to not duck (mids) to setup his heat smash, while knee was conditioning arslan to duck (at one point took 2/3 lifebar from lows) to setup his df2 launch and also his heat smash. long sets are insane
Damn i wish i could watch that closely at 20fps
This feeling to be a better Rivalry than Messi vs Ronaldo 🐐🔥

@@manjiookami7962 not victor, jun is not close to dragunov, drag is top1 broken
@@Leonykfvictor broken.
Arslan poking with strings and making use of the chip damage mechanic,
while Knee was putting Drag's pokes to use in tandem with sidesteps/back dashing for whiff punishing.
Dragunov's damage definitely allows the Koreans to play defensive at times and wait for a df2 launch to wall combo.
It was so cool to watch how their characters highlighted their playstyles.

Chill out, it's just an expression, and it's been used for decades. Like the 5 gods of Smash. It just refers to players who are far beyond everyone else.
@@UltimaMan i hope you can find god instead of worshipping players.
What a win by Knee! I thought he underperformed in 2023 so it was nice to see him get a great come from behind win against Arslan here.
Everyone one gangsta until knee unleashes his dragonov.
Yeah and that's just the thing...Right now definitely the strongest character he used in tge game...I wonder why he did not use Feng...or is Feng not ideal in this game @ this high level..?
@@LongjoyNlmy guess feng is risky when it comes to high level gameplay, feng backturns is very risky, some of his lows are launch punishable, his b3 is sidestepable. his reach is quite short for most of the time and to use his kenpo u need to be very good with timing otherwise u be punish badly especially when u play against arslan who is good at ducking, movement and punishment, you dont wanna use character that are too risky.
if you compare feng to dragunov, dragunov lows is better than feng, dragunov has better plus frame pressure than feng, dragunov is just better overall
Both knee and arslan ranked feng top 5 and said that the playstyle of feng is completely different from his T7 version. Also knee spams qcf4 a lot with dragonov.
@@LongjoyNl Knee handicapped himself with Bryan, giving Arslan 7 games. Imagine if he picked meta characters from the beginning. It would've been 3-10 win
@@SK-ju8sii'm having difficulty using the word meta heroes.
Arslan his playstyle is purely based on whif punishing....something they are training for in Pakistan apparantly. You saw it with his Kazumi and with his Kunimitsu...Zafina was somewhat tje same but not to the extend like Kunimitsu later had. Ulsan also did the same with his Kazumi & Bob...
Going for the fast movement..side step and whiff punishing isn't META in my opinion..it's just a playstyle you prefer...just like Knee obviously tried a playstyle with powerhouse Bryan and noticed it wasn't working so he switched.
I didn't even watch tge interview afterwards but before I did I suspected Arslan didn't had enough experience against a high level Dragunov and later those suspicions were confirmed after he said it himself..
This was better than any of the evo 24 hours long tournament .... because we stick to that just to end up seeing some high level competition ..which this exhibition gave in one go without waiting for hours .
Crazy set. Amazing comeback by knee
Loved the set. Both these GOATS equally matched
Amazing comeback 7-4 a 9-9
Wouah c'était juste incroyable comment Knee est revenu dans le combat 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Knee great legend...... Love you dear kneeeeeee......
Great matches! I think Knee had a slow start because Bryan is not as good as Victor and he's also a fresh character he was not that used to. Jun and Dragunov are both super strong so it evened out in the end.

I was expecting JDCR to regain top form with Dragunov. It's a pleasant surprise to see Knee with a Dragunov of his own. Man, it seems like it just depends on what day it is, Knee and Arslan are on the same plane of greatness.
cant wait to see JDCR again
I think JDCR now is becoming a casual pro player (who's becoming to stream more) well is understandable since already been left out after drag's nerf.
I already think of him as a retired pro tekken player
Very we'll done lagent arslan keep it up
Nice to see you playing like a champ
the improvements Arlsan has already made in such a short amount of time is simply insane!

Epic !!!! Knee is the GOAT
Arslan has his number, this time was Knee time tho.
@@ivanleon6164 Arslan Ash's last year was spectacular but if we look at the careers and skills of both Knee he is the GOAT. Knee's play style is much more attractive than Arslan's poke and Knee has always managed to master many different characters (Kazuya, Feng, Paul, Bryan, Steve, Dragunov...)
@@PIENSAYLEEArslan ash last 6 years were beyond extraordinary. It wasn’t just last year. He sits on top of not only the tekken world having won 4 Evos and twt finals, he also tops one to one record against knee in tournaments and long sets. Last year lmao
Oh please bro...just because you like Knee don't think people don't like Arslan, for us Arslan is the GOAT because for us results matter and Arslan has achieved way more in a short amount of time than what Knee or any other pro player in decades could achieve and it's just a beginning.
Ggs to Knee but Arslan is the GOAT for us and will always be
@@PIENSAYLEE
@@Yaur6355 Friend, just because I like Knee doesn't mean I hate Arslan, I'm in good spirits, I'm not a hater. I admit that late in Tekken 7 Arslan broke it but it can't be compared to Knee's entire career. He was already the GOAT in Tekken tag 2. Furthermore, on a technical level I think Knee is very superior because he knows how to handle many characters well, even the difficult ones, Arslan wins but with characters like Zafina, Kunimitsu, Kazumi, Noctis, Victor... Pokeo pokeo pokeo. Knee is a show
Admit it he got yall ! He was just downloading
knee is pretty much like Daigo Umehara in street fighter
the longer the set the higher chance he will win later on

good ass tekken - these guys dont dissappoint, love these two!
both play broken characters and even the odds.

Knee only evened the odds 3 rounds away from losing. He should've switched way earlier.
@@Viewer13128 Bryan has so many safe moves that also add pushback, i can see why he sticked to him.
@@arturiaarthus8367 Are you certain that's the reason? Because Knee said he was struggling with Arslan's unfamiliar ranged style, so it seems counterintuitive to consistently give Arslan free range after every exchange.

Great aggressive & pressure fighting style from Arslan but Knee’s just OP on defense. The best T8 matchup I’ve watched so far. Can’t expect nothing less with these 2.
Btw, PA’s obviously a Knee fan. 😅
Props to Harada and the Tekken team for designing that "aggressive" gameplay as they said they would.
Didn't think they will be able to do it but they pulled it off.
I remember alot of the high level matches in T7 were nothing but Knee poking with Feng's Jabs while Arslan picking Kunimitsu to back dash infinitely in an infinite stage.
No more of this safe and boring gameplay in Tekken's tournament finals.
I agree with you, Zafina in infinite azure just back dashing winning with time out was boring af

What a comeback, congrats to Knee but Arslan's ending comments sounds scary for his opponents in the coming tournaments.
True Tekken Gs
👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿🔥🔥🔥
That was a major mental barrier broken from Knee.
I agree as well. But I also think this is a testament to Knee's growth as a Player, even this late into his career. Tekken 8 is a more proactive game, and Knee was willing to really go hard on Offensive Opportunities when they showed themselves rather than waiting and collecting more data. I think Knee's defence really paid off in the final two games where Knee had been going all offence, and then chilled out and played a balanced mix of both, Sidestepping many of Victor's Moves at the end of the Set once Knee had gathered data on Arslan's Attack Patterns. Awesome Set.
Not really…. Knee beat Ars convincingly at Gamers8. Knee just choked at TWT against CBM.
1:00:45 this was my favorite moment. I thought Knee would have died from that hit even in armor.
Clash of the titans 🎉 these 2 tho. I hope Knee plays well into his 40s so the rivalry will continue!
