Hi JG, unfortunately this home sold. Everything seems to be selling quickly here right now. Nearly every home will have central AC, especially any new home, so you are good there, you really need it here in Florida as it does get hot in the summer...I've been to Vancover and Halifax and the summers there are not as hot ;).
