Thank you for disclosing the as shown price and the starting price. It goes a long way for the viewer to gauge the financial impact of what we are looking at. In Southern California it's always assumed the price includes the land it sits on. Please make sure you comment the lot value as well. Keep up the hard work!

Marvelous home but I especially like the screened enclosure for the pool area. Having visited Florida often in the past it's a wonderful addition allowing for a bug free experience when all the sliding doors are opened to exterior, well worth the additional costs.

I watched with my sister and at first, we were unhappy when we saw that kitchen but once you walked through, it was much bigger than it appeared.
Question: why are those floors engineered hardwood? For $2m, I would want hardwood.
Hi Ruth, the builder will place whatever flooring you like the best. Some are going with high quality Vinyl now believe it or not, due to their durability and being water proof. With lakes all around , what about Gators And Snakes. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
We hardly see them around communities. They tend to be more afraid of us than we are of them. Interesting fact....cows kill way more people than alligators or snakes. I learned that a few years ago, and it put things a little more into perspective.

I do not understand how these homes are soo expensive considering the only upgrades are the countertops and fireplace wall. Everything else is standard ceramic 🤔

It's all about the size of the home, the size of the lot, amount of upgrades, and most importantly the location. The pool on this one alone would most likely cost $200K to replicate. And the area is a very desirable area, and thus land values are higher.
A basic 1800 sqft home in a more rural area with hardly any upgrades are now selling for about $350K. An acre of land in Dr. Phillips will sell for $2M. So that is the typical range right now.
And this one sold, and they are not having issues selling them in the neighborhood, so this one is priced right as they are selling at this price.
In certain areas of California, this home would be over $5M easily...

@@LuxuryHomes we currently live in CA. Our home is new build, about 1k less sq ft and size lot smaller. Upgraded a bit more. Also very sought after area. We are planning on moving to the space coast, have a trip planned next month. We will have to stop by and see what makes these that impressive I guess. Ty for the videos! Crazy Howe much Florida has gone up in value in a year to year in a half.
