Yes, the third bedroom with the ensuite is very going looking. I do like the shower to area there as well. And the upstairs sitting area is very soft and comfortable looking. The patio area on the first level and the terrace on the second floor are elegant looking areas to have friends and family enjoy. Again, thank for the tour of this property. Magnificent! I didn't hear about HOA and are any of the yards spaces a little bigger for dogs? It's beautiful and thank you.
The monthly fees here are in the $2K range. I haven't read their pet policy, but I highly doubt they will allow dogs on the property that aren't service dogs...but may be wrong. If you are interested I can find out.

Wonder how much the association fees are
They are $2310 a month, but there is a lot included in that, including a private clubhouse and concierge service.
The Ritz Carlton Residences and Golden Oak (Four Seasons property), are the two properties served by high end hotels in the area, and they do have higher than average monthly fees, but you can't get the level of amenities in any other community.

It’s not a detached homes? 3 bed for 2.5 Mil seems overpriced for Florida
Hi! You definitely can get a bigger home that is similar to this for the price here or less. And it will be on its own lot also.
These are very interesting though as they are on the Ritz Carlton property, and the lifestyle and prestige of the Ritz Carlton brand is what some people desire. The people that want that lifestyle will really like these homes.
They are actually run similar to condos and if you get the furniture package, you can rent them through the hotel also.
It's the age old location, location, location, but this is also lifestyle and prestige.

It's definitely not a $2.4million home especially for that square footage. It's just the name you are paying for. I can't believe that for that price point, you enter into the kitchen right off the front door. It's more like a $1.3 million home.
It is the location. Living on the property of the Ritz Carlton is something only a few can do. It comes with all the benefits of a high end hotel, in your own home. Thats what the people who buy these are looking for.
But you are absolutely right that you can get a lot more square footage for much less. Even in really desirable neighborhoods...just not at the Ritz Carlton.

So you pay 1,9 because it says Ritz Carlton the home it self is in my humble opinion not worth more than 500 000. Imagine paying 2,5 just so you can stand in the window in the kitchen and do a high five with your neighbour

And yes, you can get a similar sized home somewhere else for less, but also more, depending on where it is located. It is all about location and supply and demand, and that is why these homes are selling :)
He forgot to add you have a great view of the Walgreens and Wawa across the street. I live in Orlando and take stay-cations at this Ritz-every year. I can promise you this is a vacation home only-you never want to live in this area-this part of town is not family friendly!!!! Prison and a the worst sketchy part of town is down the street!!!
Way overpriced for the square footage. Not a fan of the interior choices for this home. The back splash in the kitchen is terrible. Not a an of wall paper alot of green undertones no! Going to pay that much I want more square footage small home.

The value on this one is in the lifestyle, to be on the Ritz Carlton property with all the services that the Ritz Carlton provides. It is all about location and prestige of the services you get with this home :).
