When you stay at Hyatt Regency Long Beach, you'll be in a great location. Located in the heart of downtown, this is a hotel with 531 rooms and suites offering ocean or harbor views. This upscale hotel is located within walking distance of Rainbow Harbor, Long Beach Convention Center, Shoreline Aquatic Park, and the Aquarium of the Pacific.
The hotel has two dining places - Tides restaurant which offers breakfast buffet and Market| Bar which serves on the go food any time of the day or night. The lobby has a concierge desk with information about the local area. Next to the check-in counter is small kids play area with some toys a TV and Xbox. This is great to keep your kids busy. There are multiple chairs and tables grouped throughout the lobby to sit down and relax.
Just outside of the pool area is the Rainbow Lagoon Park where you can rent swan boats nearby to paddle around the lagoon. It’s a decent size lagoon and it’s just another fun activity for families.
There are so many dining options around the hotel. You can find pretty much every chain restaurant you can think of from fast food to fancy. There are also some food places in the Pike Outlet Mall and Amusement Park.
Our room is 2 double beds high floor with partial beach view.
Long Beach, California is a vibrant coastal city just a short drive from Los Angeles. Known for its stunning waterfront, rich cultural scene, and diverse attractions, Long Beach is the perfect getaway, and this city has something for everyone.
Let’s go take this pedestrian bridge and check out the Shoreline Village. We heard that this is very nice place to stroll around along the harbor front. This park has some amazing views of the Queen Mary Ship & Hotel, the Long Beach skyline, and the Aquarium of the Pacific which is next door and has a lot to offer visitors.
Pine Avenue Pier is a waterfront establishment in Long Beach, CA that offers a variety of leisure activities and dining options for visitors.
At the center of Shoreline Aquatic Park on a grassy hill is a 10-story tall lighthouse called Lions Lighthouse with a paved spiral walkway leading to it. This was dedicated in December 2000 as a reminder of the Lions Clubs International to end blindness in the world.
The Pike Outlets offers different restaurants, entertainment venues such as vintage Ferris Wheel and Carousel and retail shops. With an array of top brands, this open-air marketplace caters to all tastes and budgets.
