That is awesome, that is a good workout! Regarding dribble moves for younger players like 6th graders, I suggest starting with: - basic change of direction cross over (keep the ball tight and low) - stop and go move - retreat dribble and go - retreat dribble and cross over Those are good fundamental dribble moves to start with. Once those are mastered, move on to more advanced moves like through legs, behind back, double moves, and the Iverson crossover. Good luck!
