    Allen Iverson, without a doubt was a real superstar in NBA we need to appreciate him.

    For the younger generation in 2022 Allen Iverson played with the speed and quickness of De’Aaron Fox, the energy of Westbrook, was fearless and wanted all the smoke like Ja Morant, embarrassed defenders like Kyrie, got to the free throw line like James Harden, was loyal to his team and city like Dame, was the entire offense for his team like Jokic, carried his team like Luca, and played through injury like nobody from this era lol

      @bone-snypa Him taking a bag of nickels and some pennies to the Finals and beating the Lakers who hadn't lost a playoff game yet at that point was the Answer.
      If you played, you'd be the Question. As in, who is that? Why he look like that? Damn, he can't dribble? Oh man, he can't finish a layup? He can't shoot either? Damn!!!

    • @SSJ2Phenom
      @SSJ2Phenom 2 роки тому +34

      @bone-snypa Dude, they lost because the Lakers had 2 of the top 3 players in the league on their team while the Sixers had 1. They lost because A.I. was the absolute only person on that team that could create his own shot. I know what his shooting percentages were but what you and other haters like you don't realize is that he had to play that way for that team to be successful because they literally had NOBODY else that could score.
      Allen Iverson, a 6ft guard weighing 165lbs, took a team of role players and back ups to the Finals as the only superstar on the team and he beat a team consisting of prime Shaq and Kobe in one game that happen to be their only loss that post season.
      I bet you like Kobe don't you? His shooting percentages are just as abysmal as Iverson's and he could not carry a team anywhere without a second star. Jordan's shooting percentages were around 50% and he couldn't even win a damn playoff game without Pippen. Iverson was a beast and a warrior. Far better than most of the cry baby sensitive players of today.
      ✌🏽🤡

    • @SSJ2Phenom
      @SSJ2Phenom 2 роки тому +1

      @bone-snypa 🤣😂🤣😂 Yep, and he couldn't even beat them in one game. Had to wait for them to het old before he could do anything. That's your GOAT?? A man that can't even win one game against other players he's supposedly better than?
      🤣😂🤣😂
      I've seen people like Iverson do it. I've seen Zeke do it on one damn foot. I've seen Steph do it. I've seen Leonard, KD, Magic, LBJ, Duncan, Wade, Kobe, and so on do it. Ah, but the supposed GOAT? He couldn't do it.
      All I'm saying is that's a little suspect to me. Give Iverson Phil Jackson, knock down shooters, the best perimeter defender of all time and SF of the 90's, and good to great bigs like Grant and Rodman and I guarantee you Iverson wins those Chips too. LBJ would win until he died with that.
      Also, did you say like he's Curry? You must be a youngster. Curry wasn't ish when Iverson was doing his thing and you damn well better not try to back track and say, "I was talking about Dell Curry!" You're a joke.
      ✌🏽🤡

    • @SSJ2Phenom
      @SSJ2Phenom 2 роки тому +16

      @bone-snypa LeBron has never played with a player that had the impact on winning that Pippen had. Now I know you have no idea about basketball.
      LBJ is the #1 player in NBA history that has effected his teams' winning percentages the most. #2 was Duncan, #3 was Magic, and #4 was Scottie Pippen. That's right. Pippen was more important to the success of the Chicago Bulls than Jordan was. Jordan never even won a single playoff game without Pippen. In the 93-94 season, after Jordan was suspended for 18 months for his gambling addiction, the Bulls, led by Pippen, won 55 games in the regular season (only 2 less than with Jordan) and Pippen led them to Game 7 of the East Semis and he was a blown call away from advancing and more than likely winning a title. Further than Jordan EVER went without Pippen. The Bulls lost WAY more games with Jordan and no Pippen than they did with Pippen and no Jordan.
      Also, Pippen and role players? That's all Jordan had? No, not even close. Jordan had Pippen (greatest perimeter defender of all time and SF of the 90's, top 50 greatest player ever), Horace Grant (A 15 and 10 guy who was also an All Star twice), Craig Hodges (The best 3pt shooter in the league for the Bulls first run), Paxson (A solid PG and shooter), and then Phil Jackson (Who many consider the greatest NBA Coach of all time). That's just the first 3peat. For the second 3peat; Jordan had Pippen (just as good as ever), Rodman (All Star, DPOY, 2 time champ, best rebounder of the 90's), Toni Kukoc (Amazing offensive talent and 6th Man of the Year), Steve Kerr (Who was the best 3pt shooter in the league during the second 3peat and who had the highest percentage of made 3pt shots ever until Steph), and again Phil Jackson.
      Jordan's teams were stacked. LBJ spent his first seven years in Cleveland where he led trash to the Finals in 07 as the only star. His next best teammate averaged less than 13ppg that season. After that the Cabs' management thought that getting Bron help to face the big three Celtics was getting him Shaq (Old and out of shape) and Mo Williams (A rotation PG at best who Bron made an All Star). I would've left too. After that, all of LBJ's supposed great teammates had absolutely no playoff success without LBJ except for one. D-Wade. Of course though, he had late prime Shaq, Alonzo Mourning, Gary Peyton, and Pay Riley ( One of the greatest coaches of all time). Bosh? One playoff birth before Bron, and he was eliminated in the second round. Kyrie and Love? No playoffs ever before Bron and no playoffs ever after Bron for Love and the only reason Kyrie made a playoff appearance after Bron was because he was playing with KD and Harden. AD? Furthest he went was being swept in the second round. Add to that all of that, that Bron has never once had a "great coach" like Phil, Red, Doc, Pop, Pat, and I could on and on.
      You LBJ haters love to pretend that Jordan did it all by himself and that Bron needed everyone in order to win. I'm sorry that you believe that nonsense because Bron is the absolute ONLY player in NBA history to win at the highest level on every team he's been on. Kind of like LBJ was the ONE CONSTANT and not his "teammates".
      Anyways, please don't disparage LBJ anymore and actually sit and realize that you're, along with everyone else, witnessing greatness the likes of which we've never seen before or will ever see again.
      ✌🏽🤡.

    • @SSJ2Phenom
      @SSJ2Phenom 2 роки тому +3

      @bone-snypa 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 I swear talking to Jordan fans is like talking to children. THE MAN DIDN'T EVEN PLAY IN THE 93-94 SEASON YOU LITERALLY ON HERE TALKING ABOUT HOW HE DESERVES ALL THE CREDIT. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️.
      The first full year Jordan was back was the year he recruited Pippen because HE couldn't keep up with or stop Penny. Stop trying to act like when he came back in 95 that he was a shell of him former self. All of his numbers ACROSS THE BOARD were what they were before he got kicked to the curb. They lost because they no longer had Horace Grant , a 15 and 10 dude. Who was on that Orlando team that beat Jordan. So what they'd do? They went out and got Rodman and then look. You Jordan stans are something else.
      "LeBron had better PGs and Centers, blah blah blah!" False. Again, Horace Grant? Rodman? Not to mention the best SF of the 90's and perimeter defender. That's to say nothing of the HoF head coach that Bron has never had. 😂🤣😂.
      Better shooters? Kerr was the NUMBER 1 percentage 3pt shooter of all time until Steph. Get it together man.
      ✌🏽🤡

    This modern era and the media with their stats have devalued Allen Iverson. Nowadays folks would think that a guy like Lillard is on par with AI. He isn't. AI was a monster unto himself. He dominated games with double and triple teams nightly. He scored 40 points with a broken hand in the playoffs. He was a supreme talent, and it's absurd how he's overlooked as just some guy who jacked up a ton of shots. He was unguardable.

      Honestly I think his "inefficiency" is way overblown. He was putting up all the shots for the Sixers... his averages are barely below that of "star players" except star players aren't putting up shots like AI was in 5 on 1 situations. Look at star players and their contested stats and they are going to be at or below AI levels, that's all the shots AI took, teams know where the ball is going to go, the Sixers never really had a reliable second option. Imagine what AI could have done with a reliable shooter on his team... imagine if the Sixers gave him 3 and D guys (not really a thing at the time I know) and the floor wasn't packed.

Isiah's cast included but was not limited to Joe Dumars , Mark Aquirre, Adrian Dantley and Dennis Rodman among others. Opinions are like bootys, everyone has one. A.I. arguably did more with nothing, (weak supporting cast) as evidenced in the 2001 finals and was virtually unguardable. He ran Stackhouse outta Philly because he wanted to be the only scorer on the team. Just an FYI Iverson didn’t do more with less, LARRY BROWN is the reason the got to the finals. Can you tell me which skill of basketball was A.I better than Isaiah; dribbling, shooting, defense, passing, scoring and clutch scoring. Isaiah was more skilled than Iverson at all facets of the game. Iverson was only superior in shot attempts.

      No AI was a much better offensive player pound for pound. D-Wade rings are over hyped in some respects. You need to realize who AI had around him and go Wade had when he won the rings. Even that first ring wouldn’t have happened without Shaq. AI never had an all time great with him. He was solo with a squad built around him.
      Actually defensively you also have to think about what your saying. AI played passing lanes and fought for loose balls better than D-Wade. As far as defensive rebounds, blocks or contesting shots Wade was better. A.I. is simply a better offensive weapon volume shooter or not. There is a difference. AI does not stop attacking where Wade would even in 06.
