Thanks. I like your straight to the point videos. I really don't know what to think of that resonant frequency thing. Some tutorials say not to do it because most people don't have proper studio setup to hear them correctly. Maybe through headphones is ok?

All sounds are made (more or less) with peaks inside, and often that's what gives character to a sound. Sometimes you want this peak, sometimes not... It depends on the context and on what you want to do with the sample you are using.

Just try and check in context if your channel sounds better with or without the resonant frequencies... Sometimes you need to do it, sometimes not.
