TENS THERAPY KYA HAI?

TENS THERAPY UNIT एक तरह के MACHINE होते है जिस का इस्तेमाल PHYSIOTHERPIST अपने मरीज़ो को दर्द से आराम दिलवाने के लिए करते है । TENS का मतलब होता है TRANSCUTAENOUS ELECTRICAL NERVE STIMULATION , जिस का मतलब है ऐसे करंट तो स्किन और उसके आसपास होने वाली नसों को STIMULATE करना । IS करंट के द्वारा नसों को STIMULATE किया जाता है और दर्द को काम करने की कोशिश की जाती है। लेकिन क्या आप जानते हो की TENS THERAPY UNIT अलग अलग प्रकार के होते है एक तो वह होते है जिन्हें POCKET TENS कहा जाता है और दूसरे होते है LOW TENS OR BURST TENS। HIgh TENS या पॉकेट TENS हमारी sensory nerve को stimulate करते है और दर्द को आराम देने में मदद करती है और इन्हे आप ज़यदा देर तक और दिन में ज़्यादा बार इस्तेमाल कर सकते हो। जब की low tens और burst टेन्स डीप मोटोर नर्व को स्टिमुलते करती है और आपको दर्द काम करने में मदद करती है और इसीलिए आपको इन्हे कम इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए और यह करंट एक एक्सपेरिएंस्ड फ़िज़ियोथेरेपिस्ट ही दे सकते है।

Mam.. Bell's palsy mein first 15 days electric stimulation liya with passive exercise but 1% bhi recovery nhi Hua...but 5 days of activ exercise pe light movement dikh rhi Hai.. Ab kya stimulation continues krna hogi ya nhi .... Zada stimulation se facial nerves damage hoti h kya..
