Lol?? My mother was reduced to 10 percent of neck movement. Could not continue physiotherapy post lockdown. Followed Dr's UA-cam videos to continue the therapy at home and that helped regain movement(Atleast 70 now with no pain in day to day activities) and hence Thanked the doctor. Why this Lol? No Brainer.
