  • Swimming one of the most rugged and exciting stretches of the Pembrokeshire coast on the Castlemartin Range. Starting off from the access point of Flimston Bay through the huge collapsed sea cave complex called The Cauldron and then round the Elegug ( guillemot ) Stacks and under the iconic Green Bridge of Wales.

I would check the depth anyway when I goot there, but I just didn't know if It was worth the long drive. It only needs to be around 12ft deep

Wow what a brilliant swim. How did you get down to do this swim? We could swim or SUP, but don’t know how to get down? Thanks Jane
