So uh... about the F2 and that balance patch which came out today
Idk I feel like out of llanas primary's I find myself using the G3 more then the ArX idk if that's personal preference but I find the gun easier to use and with a higher mag size I can take more engagements then the fire reload fire reload that happens with the ArX. (I'm console though so that might play a part)
Something else you could cover, for operators with more than two primary weapons (excluding shotguns) which weapon should you choose? I only use the DMR on Blackbeard and Buck and people always call me out for it. Just another idea for a video if you're running dry.

Tactical Tuna boat was already Goated on Sam’s release. To know that it is still the hidden Goat makes Splinter Cell very happy.
Personally it feels off to me somehow, like sometimes the recoil is just fine and sometimes it goes wild for me.
@@Tacticaviator7 for me thats the g36c actually, something always felt off about it and i can't put my finger on it, i can control recoil on it just fine, its just not quite there for me though i dont like how the arx200 only has a couple bullets in it, drives me nuts, all i want ubi is a 25 round mag in the arx, if you have to take it off iana to do so, so be it.
@@Tacticaviator7 I agree, I get the feeling with the M4 as well. Some days I am a terminator with the gun, other days I become a rookie shooter. It feels like the gun has more control over itself than I do.
@Tactical Camper So I'm not the only one that's weirded out by the tuna boat recoil? Especially suppressed it can be whack, but if you're up close and personal it only matters as far as you can flick on them.
@@kirbyis4ever I use the tuna boat suppressed and I'm not that weirded out by it but I can see why some others might find it off.
Gregor releases an in-depth video on the AR’s and their effectiveness only to be subverted by an unexpected Gun Balancing / attachment change that drastically changes a few of the guns mentioned.

As a Hibana main you'll get used to the 21 bullets and can stop shooting at 20 so you will get the really fast reload. The reload is so good that the 21 bullets arent that bad and because you have evey scope option you can play with longer distances with this gun which also makes reloading safer the the horizontal really is also something you can adjust to if you play that weopon alot and learn it. Its muscle memory like any other recoil in the game
I always find it freaky how often I stop shooting with 1 bullet left, it's scary how well I know that gun

It only comes with a 20 round mag cuz that’s what fal comes with
I think it's worth noting that horizontal recoil is best when it is slightly exaggerated. If a curve is too subtle then it becomes actively difficult to micro adjust for, whereas with something like the type 89 you have a lot of room for error. It's a lot of horizontal recoil, but it's large enough that the deviation won't change how you control it too much. Other guns with more subtle patterns are often easy to overcompensate with because of how the recoil diamond works in this game.

Honestly I really love the ar33 thanks to how easy it is to hit headshots and how aggresive it feels to use
I have always loved that gun
I think it would be helpful to only include the same number of bullets/x seconds (like rpm but in seconds) so that the muzzle climb can be accurately compared across the fire rates and muzzle rize per bullet.
If two guns rise the same amount per bullet, the higher firerate has worse recoil because that same rise occured faster, thus rises faster.
yeah agree, 2 weapons can have the same pattern but if vector shoots 1000rpm and some rifle shoots 650 rpm, then obviously vector is even almost twice as hard to control

I think the AK-12 is exactly where it needs to be as the recoil can get to you when shooting at a distance but close to mid range it's a very formidable weapon
Ak-12 is a really good gun especially when used with ace turns him into a top tier operator
Finally a tier list where it's less personal opinion more hard stats, nice work.
Can't believe the F2 in its current state isn't lower, in the F2 tier. I remember the times when one could hit the broad side of a barn with it.

i find it interesting how you included the POF-9 in there (classed as an ar, technically an smg) but you didn't include the K1A (classed as an smg, technically an ar) or the Commando-9 and AUG A3 (both classed as ar's while being technically smg's like the pof), other than that great vid, couldn't agree more with the statements against the hivemind when it comes to high rof guns. Can't wait for the SMG vid

Ive always preferred lower rate of fire for higher damage, also why i prefer AK's over AR based weapons. (exception is the AK12-200).

The para-308 was the exact same as the lmg in terms of damage output, but had more attachments, less scopes and a smaller magazine, so it could reload faster. This was made for the more aggressive capitaò players. Now it's a mumbo jumbo selection of idk if the designer notes are to go through

I really do enjoy Iana's AR. Definitely my favorite. Something about the recoil and rpm just fits so well. AK-12 is my second favorite for same reason, followed by the 50 drum mag vector that log biceps has, and my final attacker main is Hibana, and I definitely think she needs some kinda buff, with her Gadget and slightly to the AR, but I still really enjoy playing her

Ubi decided to make the 300IQ decision of taking the vertical grip off the F2 and nerfing the AUG while giving Twitch another drone.
On the type 89 what muzzle were you using? Comp is broken asf on the t 89ype

It shoots a 9mm or some kinda small round though which is prob why it isn’t here. Same with the k1a, listed as an smg but shoots a 5.56
The only thing I hate about the Tactical Tuna Boat being in S tier is that Ubi is gonna see this and drop the nerf cannon on my boi zero

M4 is cursed for me. I never hit a shot with it, spraying all over ops but not hitting.

Hey greg, after the new patch you can put the 552 Commando, SC3000K, M4 and PARA308 in S Tier. 2 Shot kills against 3 speeds at close range with kong barrel
commando is on a tier of its own now, 2 shots to 2 speeds

There’s a picture at the top of the operator, whilst still not the most useful for new players gives some identity to match up with in game, hope that helps somewhat 🙂

Does stance affect spread? Ex. Standing vs crouch vs prone? Any climb/spread deviation?
With the new season hip fire is the same among all stances. Don't know about ads but if there is it wouldn't be that big of a difference anyway.
As of Solar Raid, stance no longer effects hip-fire spread, and to my knowledge, stance has never had any effect on weapon recoil.
(Hip-fire spread is the represented by the size of your white crosshairs when you are not ADS'd. I believe that moving and changing stances still increases hip-fire spread, but I'm not entirely sure about that after the Solar Raid changes. Recoil is the climb/drift exhibited by a weapon as it fires. ADS'ing removes spread completely as bullets will always fire directly from the center of your crosshair but recoil moves your crosshair as you fire.)
What do you all think about changeing Lions gun to a normal vector that Mira also has bu keeping the 50 rounds mag?

I would put the g36 and arx up higher. I just feel like they are pretty solid and easy to use. But I use them a lot so maybe I’m biased.
My personal favorite ARs are definitely the F90, the C7E and the M4
I get the argument with the F2, but I still love Hibana’s gun. It’s got decent recoil but it’s incredibly easy to master, especially with a flash hider which makes a massive difference on that gun specifically. The reload time is fast if you don’t empty the mag, and with hibana’s flank type play style, I rarely have to take more than 1 enemy at a time. She’s my most played operator and I have like a 65% headshot percentage with her, 40+ damage on body shots with fast rate of fire makes it arguably the best body shot killer in the game as well
Once had someone accuse me of having recoil macros for killing them with the V308. Had to genuinely ask them if they've ever played as Lion before
For whatever reason I can never seem to land shots with the SPEAR I hate it. It’s a good gun that rivals wamai’s aug. but I personally whiff so many shots with the SPEAR that I prefer to run the lmg (post recoil nerf) or the spas over it, it’s such a weird feeling gun, I find myself overcompensating for recoil when there is almost none and at times the fire rate has me landing shots in between targets instead of being able to hit them. No one else seems to have this problem with it which I find odd
great work, sad that it will be partially outdated with the next update (Wamai/IQ AUG recoil nerf, F2 loses vert. grip) but I guess that's always how it goes ^^

My favorite is the 552 commando, got my my first ace as IQ, was a clutch 5v1 ace too. Its a great gun, but not perfect, so A rank is fare.
And ya, I love Hibana's rifle, but that low mag size holds it back when I'm used to playing with those other rifles.
And finally, based Fisher with his perfect rifle is fun.
I think this needs to be updated with the addition of the extended barrel buff.

I noticed that the F2 has a vertical grip in this video. Does that mean that this video was released before the recoil rework?
Wild, I did some recoil testing on console and F90 was an S tier performer because it has relatively no horizontal. Same with M4 and Capitao PARA
Console recoil is a different beast entirely
Pre nerf F90 on pc was beast in terms of recoil. It was lowest recoil ar in the game
F2 just got its foregrip removed.
So whats the rating now?

I've been saying since day 1 that the SC3000K is basically the AK12 with a smaller mag, and now that the AK12 has been nerfed so much the SC3000K is is one of the best guns in the game. Good to see someone crunching the numbers to confirm that.

He would be so enthusiastic abt stuff like this and cuz he’s also into real guns,he tries to match the irl counterpart. 😓 yeah…he would be so enthusiastc to do more stuff like this…

My favorite gun (f2) was too low, but now that it lost the vert grip I’d call it too high
It's still bonkers hearing the 416c described as kind of underwhelming when it was so dominant for so long.
2 things:
1) I think you missed the commando 9
2) Mk17 recoil pattern changes when using the shield correct?
The least good thing about the m4 is that it's on maverick
Now, im not saying that the damage system is bad, but I'm looking at the list of guns that use similar calibers (ie the .308 and 5.56 guns) and I'm just reminded of how Insurgency has ballanced its guns out. Completly different game, yes, *but* there is something to be said for the M16A4, FAMAS, AUG, G36, M4A1, ect all having the same calibers and by extension the same damage in a similarly "realistic" or "tacticool" shooter. Reballancing things like that wouldnt work for siege, but reballancing to a similarly made system for a Siege 2 would be more interesting.
