Is Louisiana Style Fried Chicken the Best Fried Chicken? Good Stuff in Here at Redbird Fried Chicken

In this episode of our New Orleans travel vlog it’s time for you to destroy that subscribe button for Louisiana style fried chicken at Redbird Fried Chicken for our restaurant review videos looking for New Orleans best fried chicken. This location of Redbird Fried Chicken is located in the Lakeview neighborhood of New Orleans at 911 Harrison Avenue which is about 17 minutes and 5 miles away from the New Orleans French Quarter. Redbird Fried Chicken has some good stuff in here and this is a newer fried chicken restaurant chain on the scale of New Orleans restaurants but they have fast become noted for having some of the top food New Orleans offers in the fried chicken category. Redbird Fried Chicken started in Covington, LA and their second location was here at this New Orleans location. They currently have two other locations in Denham Springs and Gretna. Redbird Fried Chicken was voted “Best Fried Chicken” at the 2023 National Fried Chicken Festival. We will have some good times in here by sampling their fried chicken to give a full review of this major food menu item. I saw that they want to open another 15 locations across Louisiana. I hope Lafayette gets one. Unless you want fast food chicken, your only option for great homemade fried chicken is to drive all the way to Gabe’s in Rayne. Their chicken is fantastic, but that’s a really far drive

I would think there would be more good fried chicken options in Lafayette as they do have some great restaurants. A good fried chicken spot that isn't fast food has gotten way harder to find all over unfortunately.

@@NOLAGent1 it’s mostly fast food. Maybe a few restaurants that sell decent fried chicken, but no restaurants were it’s the specialty. Gabe’s in Rayne is elite tho, just kinda far

I have to get the music loud enough to cover up the copyrighted music playing in the restaurant that would get the video pulled down from UA-cam. There is new AI tech coming out that is supposed to delete out that music which will make things way easier and the sound way better.
