  • Phoenix has made love ❤️ for Filipino Cuisine. We are grateful 🙏 for every single one of our #LechonManics who brave 109f degree heat and waited in line for our Cebuano food.

      We tried to. However, it was so hot our camera kept overheating. Hope, once it cools down, we will produce longer vids.

      @@PhxLechonRoasters i recommend Tuslob Buwa in Pasil, not in the commercialized areas. Trust me. If you can replicate tuslob buwa in Arizona, that will be super epic. It will be an acquired taste for many. :)

      Good advice. My Wife's family had a food stand in Pasil 100 years ago.

    I wanna ask do someone also buy lechon feet and head? Or just the body only?

    • @PhxLechonRoasters
      @PhxLechonRoasters  Рік тому

      We do have the head and feet listed on our menu. Usually people buy them. Just not always.

      I taught myself. My wife is from Lapu-Lapu City and I have 30 years professional chef experience. These 2 things and trial and error helped become a lechonero.
