MY SINCERE THOUGHTS & PRAYERS Are With Ur FAMILY & ALL of The PHILIPPINES !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your INFO On Tri- Care & HOSPITALS that ACCEPT IT, Is EXTREMELY HELPFUL To MILITARY EXPATS :O))
Thank you my brother. Typhoon Leon has just been upgraded by PAGASA (Filipino weather people); max sustained winds 115 miles per hour; gusts up to 142 miles per hour. PAGASA has not ruled out landfall in Batanes or Babuyan Islands (northern most islands in the Philippines). Super typhoon will bring destructive winds and rain in northern Luzon. I’ll update on my next video. Pray for the Philippines my brother.
Hi Ginno I am praying 🙏 for the People of the Philippines to be spared from the Typhoon Leon. I also pray 🙏 God keeps You and Dazle and Leana and your Family Safe and Healthy Too. God Bless You All 🙏
Hi Ginno by the way you have very nice teeth. Are these your natural teeth or are they reworked teeth. Would be "dental treatment" with the subtopics, dental insurance, dental clinic vs. Dentist etc. in Aklan ... not a nice topic for one or two videos? Greets from Serdar and Josephine
Thank you for the kind words my friend. My teeth are reworked teeth done in the U.S. before I retired here. I’ve just had cleanings done in Aklan province. If I need dental work, I will probably need to get it done in Iloilo City. I’ll have to do research on dental care in Iloilo City.
Hi Ginno, thanks for your answer. Here in Hamburg at the medical faculty where I studied human medicine, there is the possibility for the population to be treated in the dental faculty at a far low cost. The faculty of dentistry offers patients high quality with state-of-the-art medical devices. The patients receive an already advanced and also practically well-trained aspiring dentist. Of course, this is accompanied by experienced lecturers during the treatment. An interuniversity study found that such treatments at university hospitals had fewer complications than in commercial dental clinics outside the university. Maybe there is also this at the dental faculty in Iloilo?
Request another update for viewers over 65 yrs old planning to retire in the Philippines transitioning from Tricare to Tricare for life coverage and how this will affect dependents coverage..
Once I turn 65, I have to make sure I pay into Medicare. Medicare is my primary insurance in the U.S.; Tricare my secondary insurance in the U.S. Because Medicare is not available in the Philippines, Tricare becomes my primary insurance in the Philippines. Dazel being under 65 years old (not eligible for Tricare for life) will remain under Tricare Select Overseas (we have to pay the yearly individual premium for her under Tricare Select Overseas). My recommendation is to always contact Tricare Singapore when in doubt of coverage in the Philippines.
As always, very useful tips and information from Ginno to our veterans. Thank you brother!
You’re welcome my brother.

Remember, no Tricare for Life without Medicare, whether you get to use Medicare or not.
