Kai kōrero hui was held at Massey Matters

The Kai collective is a programme coordinated by the Community Innovation and Healthy Families teams at Auckland Council.
The programme strengthens the hyper local food systems and our role is to create a collaborative support system for communities in Tāmaki Makaurau by bringing internal and external groups together. The focus is on enabling a sustainable kai network particularly to address food poverty in the current environment with climate change, inflation and rising cost of living expenses. It also aims to build a more collective approach across Council to address core challenges and support community led solutions.
