I find that I can get interesting rhythmic modulation results by multiplying an envelope or the sum of envelopes, sending it to the CV input of Ochd and then adjusting the attenuverter to taste. It’s less predictable, but also has more movement than just the free-running LFOs without modulation. It can sound somewhat related to the rest of the patch.
Thanks :) That's the technique I use with Chronoblob 2 but I added also a modulated Plateau to it so it's nice and reverby at times. Have a look here - ua-cam.com/video/P1IEK58W1g4/v-deo.html
Hey, thanks so much! I'm taking a break for now from streaming on UA-cam. I do impromptu streams on Patreon but I hope to go back streaming on UA-cam as well.
@@OmriCohen-Music aah ok :( But you also had brilliant videos about good things coming in small modules, some of them are gone too I see,... like audible instruments utilities module demonstration and so on..Those kind of videos were brilliant and you are so very inspired while demonstrating. Those videos were more valuable than you know I think. But anyway, thank you for all you are doing Omri.
It's a pleasure to be in the same timeline as you
I appreciate it!
Super cool tip. Thanks Omri!
Hey, man, cheers!

Brilliant!

I was thinking, do you process anything once it is recorded ? Your sound is always defined and clean
Well, no, not really. I mean, I process my voice but not the audio from VCV.
How did you set up that glitchy percussion at the end? I love those textures and have heard similar from artists like Jon Hopkins and The Flashbulb.

Thanks for the tip ! Love your music and your videos ! (the patch we're listening to at the end is stunning

@@OmriCohen-Music ok have a good break then !
interesting I tried to do this patch and my triggers from seq3 are too short to freeze the LFO
Hmmmmm... Did you turn the attenuverter left? (Negative)
@@animatrix1490 yes I did
right click seq-3 and enable 'clock passthrough'
@@johnyhetbeest just found that.. thank you
Did you delete some of your old playlists Omri?
I unlisted a few videos, yes. The fundamental collection looks pretty different, and there are quite a few modules not available anymore.
