BMW E87 Rear Quarter Window Replacement

Took around 3 hours to complete the replacement. Worked well as a first attempt with decent tools for the job, not the exact tools for this sort of work. Used a screwdriver, bodywork trim tool, chisel, rubber mallet(instead of hammer), silicone, knife/blade and a heat gun. Seems complicated but is much easier done.
This is not the 100% right way but a rough idea to show how it a replacement window is done.
Also noticed how even though its a car with technology and design engineered in 2007, the amount of thought gone into the smallest pieces where placing the inner large window rubber trim did not fit properly if it had been placed 1mm wrong with all the small edges and inserts all made to fit within each other piece like a puzzle.
