I find a majority of these moments to be funny more than cringeworthy. Ted’s drunken reward is HILARIOUS. That’s comedy gold.

The word "cringe" and "cringeworthy" has been reinvented by edgy teenagers and internet trolls to mean something more than the actual definition of the word. They think it's edgy and cool to say it, which is why it's so popular all of a sudden, but it's a fad that will pass eventually as all fads do.

@@TheGodofSteel not necessarily teenagers, just socially inept people in the 15-25 year age bracket, who are too afraid of being anything other than closed off and having an aversion to social situations. They see people being themselves and because they themselves are too scared to be even slightly vulnerable, they view such moments with disdain.

Ryan Lukowich Ted from Thailand was one of the few somewhat memorable players from that season, or at least I thought he was until I saw this comment
@@vaporterra Ted was entertaining in some ways, but he was a bad player. He thought he was smart, but Brian was just ten steps ahead of everybody that season. I'd love to see a Brian vs Kim one day, since they played pretty much the same exact game and completely dominated, but that's likely never gonna happen.

I always found it interesting how Jeff seemed to want to cheer Sophie up instead of digging deeper like he usually does. It's like he wanted her to do well in the game

I felt like Sophie's moment was pretty genuine. She was a tough woman but she had flaws she recognized at the final tribal.
Yes , and she won . I thought she was most deserving that season.

ElectrikkPaperClipxx Dreamz May have left a bad taste in people’s mouths for the car deal but he’s probably one of the most genuine and interesting characters this show has had. When you talk about underrepresented people on survivor, not many people who had been homeless at one point in their life have been on the show so that adds to Dreamz’s realness and unique perspective. For someone to have reached such lows and gone on this show, made some decent moves but also proved to be funny, socially adept, and smart is a testament to him.
@@vaporterra stop. Hes not unique. His story isnt that crazy. Plenty of people have gone through worse. He used his sob story to his advantage because he isnt a good person and only cared about himself. Stop building this martyr complex.
Before I watched that season, I would see references to Dreamz in UA-cam comments that painted him as this horrendous human being. But when I watched his season, he didn't seem bad at all. He did leave a bad taste with the car deal, but c'mon, no one wanted to sit next to Yau in the end.
When he interupted Lisi to say "Jeff I'm ready to vote" I died
5:45 man I feel bad for Sophie during this tribal.. that was rough. Clearly that was one of those moments where you just need to be alone for a minute to cry and then you'll be okay, but unfortunately it all happened in the middle of tribal council so she didn't have that option.
I felt so bad for the guy with the fake hidden immunity....his teammates set him up and started laughing at him...that must have felt bad....they did him wrong.
Edit: I did not think that by me feeling bad for a man it would start a WW3 between men vs women. We're all humans.
Same. I felt so bad, you could literally see the surprise and then sadness and humiliation in his eyes. I get that this is a game and all but that was just cruel. I don't know if he did something to deserve it but if he didn't then damn, that's some grade school kids cruelty level right here.

I just wrote that because AS A HUMAN, regardless of gender, I believe it wasn't right. Also, I don't know if he was mean to them or something either. However, I don't believe feminism is evil considering its INTENDED purpose was originally solely to have EQUAL RIGHTS for all genders. However, nowadays people have blown it out of proportion and want to give women MORE rights than men, which I don't agree with. I believe in equality.

SRMZXI NASA everyone in the tribe agreed to pay for the family letters at $20 each but the last guy didn’t which put him at an advantage in the bidding if immunity came up. It was a scummy play.
Benjithebigboi It was what completely screwed his game. The only reason he won was because he was seen as an underdog and went on an immunity streak.

I totally forgot that confessional from Lindsey about Dan. She was spot...on... Dan's entire stay on the island was one ploy after another ploy trying to fit his idea of the season's hero.

@@TheExecutioner21 I'm unsure. If you look it up, its interesting what the articles state on the matter, and how TV editing works well. And that all the items she offered up were useless to the tribe (they couldn't catch fish, the chairs were broken, etc) and that they were set up to run out of rice so that they would have to negotiate some time in the season.
