Where did you find the press with the mandrel

I got my ring sizer mandrel from a local jewelry shop, it was an extra, kind of an older one but works well. Most of my other tools I got off eBay, Mike Still Tools I believe is who I got most of them from. Arbor press from eBay as well.

What is the last yellow liquid?

It's jewelry pickling compound, used for cleaning jewelry made from non-ferrous metals (silver, gold, copper).
