Superb. I felt that there should not be too much hot water in a coffee filter, at a time. So i keep adding a little hot water at a time dho that the coffee soaks in the water slowly and releases more flavour. If u put too much water in the filter, then the force of the weight of water pushes the decoction fast, thereby, diluting the thickness. So this is how i make coffee decoction. Adding salt to coffee is good idea. Since i drink sugarless tea, i add a pinch if salt and don't find the tea very bland. It give some taste to the tea. I will surely try out salt in the coffee. Thank u.

Great...I too mix cothas with balaji...years back an aunt taught this salt addition...we used a coffee maker..now back to filter...people say the coffee is good...but since we homemakers make in small amts you could show that measurement...thanks..love yhd smile and your patience..one more thing is ,its annapurneswaris place and don't encourage footwear and eating or drinking inside the kitchen...
