I am a 60 yes old I work out in good shape 5 ft 109 but I had 4 pregnancy and with age I had very loose skin especially my upper abdomen I went to a well known plastic surgeon I finally did something for myself I went to have a full tummy tuck muscle repair and lipo in flank and mons area. But the surgeon did all but he did a floating tummy tuck I hate it because I have loose skin in my upper abdomen also around the belly button and when I told him he says well you are not 25. But he didn't touch upper abdomen now he says about doing vaser I think if I have vaser now I am going to have more loose skin. Should I get a revision surgery or have the vaser?

I'm 25, I don't have much money and neither does my family. I've had trouble with learning my entire way through school, but I think it was due to my environment. I have been out of school for a few years now and I just don't feel like this type of lifestyle is for me. I'm also tired of seeing everyone around me dealing with this perpetual loop of misery due to their shortcomings. I have delt with plenty of situations in my life already, but I'm wondering if I put all of my chips into this basket, if it's possible. I just want a comfortable lifestyle for me and my parents who I will no doubt need to support one day. My idea is to join the national guard for financial support, which wouldn't be a problem since it's a life experience I'd like to have anyways. I'd like to know if this sounds possible, and if not why.
I liked the tips. I'm 5th year resident in the northern most plastic program in Tromsø. We love our work and our life.
