I made this video i am the owner of this video and the product i buy it from Ebay
In this moment 21/12/2019 is working with no problem.
There are many creators online that has COPY my video WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and made some adjustment and then reupload my video they are FAKE.
I am sure youtube knows about it.
I have infor all the owners that made the FAKE video and one by one is been delete it.
Truly i am sorry for any problems but is not my fault.
Pointless review - this device claims to boost broadband speed and yet you don't test that theory.

A repeater is meant to extend your WiFi signal not boost its speed, you will always have lower Internet speed when connected to your repeater compared to the modem.

*I found it pretty funny that before this video started, I got the usual **_"skip> ad after 5 secs"_** and guess what the add was for! LOL. The bottom line is this is a piece of junk. It doesn't speed up your signal, and doesn't even extend it to other rooms. It's literally just a plug with a crap piece of circuit board inside, and 4 05 5 lo-LEDs to flash prettily for you. And that's it! You may as well spend your money on a coffee and a sandwich!*
which one would you suggest to help or has the most success with helping strengthen the wifi distance and speed? Bashing is fine but what ones would you suggest are better to buy?
@@ephenj I'm not _"bashing"._ I came here to help people avoid throwing their hard-earned money away on a piece of useless crap. There are literally *no magic little boxes* on the market which can boost your internet speed. To do so would involve _breaking_ the laws of physics and electro-conductivity.
There are only *four ways* you might be able to speed things up *without* having to pay to upgrade to HIA through your ISP. So in order, *(a)* Check to make sure nobody else locally, is piggy-backing off your router. *(b)* Reset your router. *(c)* Optimize your router settings, i.e. disassociate any hardware from it which you no longer use, i.e. old PCs, laptops, tablets and cell phones. *(d)* As a one-off cost option, consider investing in a new, more powerful, high-end router. But I'm afraid that's it as far as speeding things up is concerned.
*There are only three* magic little boxes on the market which can *genuinely* extend/boost your wifi signal around the house. They are *any* plug-in wifi signal boosters, carrying the _'Netgear', 'Belkin'_ or _'Asus'_ brand names.

Not all the 4 green lights are on on mine unlike the photos I saw.!
Only 3 green lights are on.
And the speed of the WiFi is NOT above 65Mbps.
In the malls, the speed is close to 180Mbps, hence it is smoother & easier to post online & video chat in the malls.
The WiFi is still SLOW even with the WiFi booster that I bought.
Did I configure it well?

First you have to plug the repeater into the power mains socket and wait for the LAN light to operate. Then If you're using a desktop PC without WIFI you must remove the WIFI cable from Router to PC and connect a WIFI cable from repeater to PC WIFI port. If you do as the video suggests on a desktop PC you'll be waiting till eternity to see it listed in the network area of your PC !

have used it 3 months. For the price it does its job -excellent repeater to carry good signal from source router (office) to residence 60 meters away. Not looking for speed boost, just repeater.

I have bought one of these, it is meant to speed up the broadband but it does not work in fact it slowed my broadband down so I’m not sure how they are managing the speeds people are getting?

300Mbps Signal Extender Booster Wireless-N AP Range Wifi Repeater . I bought one of these to enable wifi connection to the solar panel inverter located outside of our home. Due to the brick walls signal strength without some for of signal booster connection can not be achieved. I need help to either decide if this device is suitable or how to set it up to enable the wifi signal to be boosted. Can you advise?

Hi guys. Yes, you should avoid this product and any product that has no company name/ phone number you can call, and zero tech support. These wifi repeaters might work a little at first, right out of the box, but God forbid if you have to reset it. They dont reset.

Thanks for the video if I could request a product that you make a video on it's called The omix brand Wi-Fi Pro. I can't find any videos on. I have one and I'm able to do the setup initially using the mobile application but my problem is that whatever the router is that is the only available Wi-Fi extended band. Even though the mobile application shows both bands saved it only provides one band. I'm trying to get tech support but so far I haven't been able to get anyone to explain it to me how to make both bands available. Thanks

Hey someone by the name of review check stole a part of your video and put it in a fake review video.
Well I have set up the superboost in the next room from where the modem is set up I did the speed test and got 11mbs I moved two rooms away and got no response from ookla I then parked my desktop next to the modem and got 16mbs I pulled it out of the wall and used the wifi modem and got 42mbs I have since used the Telstra adapter that uses ethernet to the modem then another in the room I use as an office plugged the (twin) telstra adapter into the powerpoint and connected to my ethernet port on my computer and I get between 36mbs and 42mbs The wireless is around 26mbs but wireless is really poor in my house. upshot is the Superboost is as useless as tieing a piece of cotton to 2 empty cans and trying to have a conversation.
Please explain to me: if you have a WiFi then your WiFi is low if you use that booster it will make it fast connection please reply fast because we are buying these wifi booster
If the product you are buying is under £100 €100 $100 then its more than likely a repeater and not a booster. So the cheaper products just boost the signal and not the speed. So if you have dead spots in ur building, it will aleviate that issue only.
Can you set it up using only an iPad? I assume it comes with a disk.

Maybe your router provides 5ghz wireless network and this extender only supports 2.4ghz.Just change your wifi signal on your router from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and it should be fine.If you dont know how to do it,tell me in your comment your router name.
This does not help me I put 192.168.10.1 in and got no admin page tell me where I go to get admin page
Raewyn Dowd check the instructions it should say where you should go, also make sure the repeater is connected to your computer using the rj-45 that is included

Gaby. El Puma Sosa SI, necesitas tener un router en tu casa para poder usar este aparato. La manera en la que anuncian este aparato es una estafa, lo único que hace es incrementar la señal de otro punto de acceso, no te da “más wifi”.
