I'm not good with electronics and am having difficulty with my K3 draining the battery. I wasn't confident wiring the yellow lead to the tail light, so I plugged in directly into the ignition fuse holder under the seat. I assume power only goes to or through the fuse when the ignition is on... is this correct and if so can anyone suggest a reason as to why the bike battery keeps draining after only one night please.
@@fjr1300adventures I want to install K5 Innove on my s1000xr . Can I use a posi tap and tap the tail light cable , to get switch power . Or will tapping out error codes on the bike ? Also I want looking at instructions on removing the side fairing to run the cables
@@susu198215 using the tail light cable should work fine. I did that on my Ducati Monster. For my FJR1300 I used the headlight cable, bit the tail light wire should work great!
