I've got it on loop every 60s for the whole night, it won't let me fall asleep

Well I am not terrified anymore. I've had it regularly for 30 years. Thankfully I can snort and moan loud enough to wake the Mrs. She knows the drill.

I had multiple SP episodes in high school. Consulted my doctor, and he prescribed me amphetamines because I was always sleepy in class and thought I might be narcoleptic. Turns out those never helped with SP, but I found out by trying weed that I wouldn't get episodes after. Been using cannabis ever since and never had SP again, also I quit the amphetamine because of side effects were bad

Not everybody, ethnicity is unfortunately a primary factor.
Most white people get to dodge sleep paralysis because they actually get dodged by the beings who cause it.
And because they can't study what they don't experience, they write books about how crazy the people who experience it are. Then label them and medicate them until they conform t9o their version of reality.
Not anti white, Im just really upset the gov signed deals with demons that let them feed on black and brown people exclusively.

It can happen to anybody with no warning. Knowing about it before happening can greatly help you.
