This was such a helpful and excellent review! I recently ordered after trying on a black cropped define jacket in size 6. I already own the regular define in white. I’ve only worn the white one a few times and I just couldn’t figure out what was it that I was regretting so much to purchasing it. You nailed it, it’s that I’m a shorter person and the regular one shortens my body. so now I’m kind of stuck with the brand new white Luon one, but I have the black cropped one on the way and very excited about that. Regret purchase. Sorry for the paragraph but you also pointed out that this sort of jacket is not going to insulate you. That’s an excellent point. Thanks for your review.

really in depth review!!! i have never got something lulu before so i have no idea what size to get ahh i wish they had waist measurements for the jacket, it would make it so much easier

I know you're little, but you always manage to find outfits that compliment your height and make you seem taller, it's pretty interesting how high-waisted clothes can do that just by obscuring where your torso ends and legs begin, and those jackets compliment you in pretty much every way. I never thought your legs looked short, I think you actually look pretty tall, but that's coming from a little pipsqueak like me, so take that with a grain of salt.

@@aniveve You're welcome, I'm still pretty tiny, though, I only have you beat by an inch or two. Of course, it's hard not to notice, your style is impeccable, and you do look tall, I think because you keep yourself in good shape, so you don't have the problems some short people do where they look wide or stocky.

The Nulu material is very delicate. The Luon fabric isn't as delicate and will last for years with no signs of wear.
