So that other character glitch in story mode actually happens randomly when you go to the character selector. It says you are some random jedi and from there you can access the character menu and play as anyone. It only works once for that level though.
For future series you could consider something like what Sovern Gaming did with TCS with minimum button presses, how many studs, etc. That could be cool as well

Your patience truly is akin to that of a Jedi. Congratulations on conquering this mammoth task! I imagine I'd want to give up pretty quickly, but something tells me that feeling of accomplishment would definitely be there and make it feel like the effort was worth it. It's like beating the ultimate boss fight, in a way. To "win," a player must be totally perfect, and even still they will fail hundreds of times in the process. Then here you are just going on and doing all six Star Wars movies (yes, I know what I said), plus these three fanfic movie levels, too! (nah but tbh I actually really like TFA. But the other two.........no.)

In terms of the glitch you found, I actually found this glitch myself (just didn't have a channel at that time to post it on) What's even more interesting is (unless it has since been patched) if you go back to a previously completed level in freeplay complete it then go to an unplayed story mode mission, you have access to all the freeplay characters... IN STORY MODE!

"Somehow Palpatine returned" is such an overhated line. Poe had no idea how he returned so it made sense in the context of the scene. Oscar Isaac's delivery was also good. I'm guessing people wanted him to say "He cloned his consciousness to new host to survive being thrown down the shaft by Vader and has been pulling the strings from behind the scenes for decades".
well you know some foreshadowing would’ve been nice instead of killing off the only cool villain they had in the last movie before saying “shoot we need a big bad and kylo isn’t scary enough uhh bring back the old guy and have the novelization make it make sense also now he’s rays grandpa too because i said so”
In a movie that is mostly trying to appeal to fans, it would've been better even for another resistance member to correct poe after he said that, but no. We get 'dark science' as the explanation.

Do be perfectly honest, the worst thing about the sequel trilogy is that Fortnite is now a canon thing in Star Wars.
The problem is combination of lack of reasoning at the time, as he had been dead last we saw, so him being alive and here made no sense, and the fact he just destroyed any and all character progression kylo ren had to that point for basically no reason, kylo was winning and on top, his motivation the previous 2 movies, and then the second palpatine shows up, he just rolls over and demotes himself... ei they reset his whole character, begging the question, why did we spend the previous 2 movies focused on him. It's not good writing, and thus deserves a retconning until we get a version with good writing that makes sense. Note, I'm not saying trash it all, the concepts are fine, some great even, but with no execution, we might as well have had stick figures on screen with flashing red and blue lights.
Pretty sure it's less the line, more that that's pretty much all the explanation the film itself gives (ignoring outside sources) It'd be like if the prequels removed both Padme and all of the Anakin and Palpatine scenes (including his arrest) and just went, "Somehow Anakin fell to the Dark Side." saving the actual reasoning for the Clone Wars.

14:06 Not always, I used a jet trooper and got stuck in a death loop on the better call maul jumping section(the one that caused so much trouble)
Honestly I was about to say that you should find some people that can help you with this run to decrease the jumps needed and make a video about it

I’ve had the glitch to switch into super gonk and it would not have helped you. When I did it on accident, I got softlocked and couldn’t even switch out using the character menu because super gonk isn’t a registered slot character. Disabling super gonk also does nothing to help as it just disappears and now you can’t even move
You can place nets on the actual walls themselves instead of only the net brackets?!

Exactly how I feel about the ugly cgi, inconsistent and boring storied, atrocious acting and dialogue abominations that the prequels are, made by a guy who thinks "I dont like sand" is how you flirt. I hate the movies but TT made mostly decent levels, although it's clear they were limited by Lucas' lack of good writing
Even the other lego tv shows hate the prequels, like how a youngling says anakin isn't a "good actor", or how droid tales constantly makes fun of that god awful treaty, and the boring, terrible world building scene that is Coruscant in episode 1 (that all other lego games avoided)
