My mom used to make this "cold cake" as we call it a lot.. And it was yummy.. Her secret recipe was using just cocoa powder and condensed milk instead of powdered sugar and eggs.. 😊
You should also add some marmalade junks, dried fruit if you like that stuff, and some nut junks.. i also had this alot growing up, in my country it's called "Colorful Dog" 😄😄😄

That is very similar to the chocolate biscuit cake that Queen Elizabeth loves..the recipe is really easy to find..the only real difference is that it's formed into a cake shape and then coated in more chocolate after its set.. looks really tasty
