This will be as good as the quality of the ingredients used. The "Icing on the cake" that clinched it for me was the chocolate ganache poured over the roll. Oh yum!

It's endless what you can do with melted chocolate. A few months ago I made a huge slap of dark chocolate combined with coco powder, coconut, granola cereal, mini marshmallows, dried cranberries and peanut butter. I refrigerated it in a big square Tupperware pan and cut it in big pieces when it became solid. Need I tell you how much it quenches your chocolate/ sugar fix?! And it last for weeks in the fridge! 😆🤗💗

The other one you described reminds me of a "Maria" cookies cake we also have here which is usually frozen before served, although instead of chocolate sauce we layer a rich whipped cream between the cookies, or a fluffy cream made of whipped butter and sugar, some people even make a coffee flavour cream.

It doesn't have to be that hard, just melt chocolate and butter and add to biscuits, you can add turkish delight, raisins, dried nuts and fruits inside, or even a chocolate pudding work. I m vegan so i make avocado cocoa raw cream and add to biscuits, or cashew plus sweetener and bit of milk with cacao, basically any chocolate slury...

This is so delicious I know sometimes I go around in the comments thinking that they are all fake and just to trick me but this one is actually delicious I didn’t add any chocolate bars and I also mixed between coco powder and some Cadbury chocolate milk powder and the mix was incredible
