More than 1 minute of complete focus. Sir you said that a person can’t focus for more 20 sec the main reason for that is mind is not still and it’s due to input of excess information in our brain which is not needed from mobile phone. I am an NEET aspirant and I almost never touch mobile or any such distractive stuff, currently I am on vacation from school so I am on your video for first time. I do use binaural beats for more than 7 years and they have tremendous effect on brain. They can not only help getting unlimited intense focus but also in increasing Memory,inducing relaxing state,meditation state,deep sleep,to stay awake for huge amount of time(full night),controlling blood pressure and many more stuff. Gamma waves are related with intense focus and intelligence. Besides it there are Alpha waves,Beta waves,Theta waves and delta waves, but they can be very dangerous if not used properly they can cause depression,anxiety,headache etc so they should be listened on low volume like 20-30% and in a silent environment. If a fixed wave is used everyday then it’s effect decreases overtime so all these waves should be used alternatively so as to maintain all waves effect and you can use it for years.
