I think these deleted scenes that Spielberg wanted to add would’ve been great for the movie I would’ve made the movie more suspenseful and scarier

In the deleted Board Room scene for the Lost World, Ludlow mentions the compensation for the families of Ray Arnold, Donald Genaro, and Robert Muldoon, but he DOES NOT mention Dennis Nedry. This implies that nobody knew what happened to Nedry or ever found his remains, which I think is pretty interesting.
Nedry didn’t have any family or friends, except Kramer but he’s keeping a low profile for some reason…
I was born and raised in San Diego and when I saw this as a kid I would always secretly look for trex foot prints around the city lol
You know what would be interesting? If one day they make a plaque of the T-Rex’s footprint and place it in San Diego as like an acknowledgment of the movie.
The people who don't like The Lost World can go ahead, set up base camp right here, or in a swamp, or in the middle of a Rex nest for all I care, but I have been on too many safaris with rich dentists to listen to any more suicidal ideas, okay?!

The Life pod makes me remember the Kenner figure from The Lost World, The Bull T.rex cames with a human in a life pod, The character does not look like any character in the movie but now I come to find out that it is Roland Tembo, this is great.
Does anyone remember any early casting rumours for this film? It would be interesting to see if they had anyone in mind for Juttson? I wonder if anyone was ever actually in the running to play him.
Do you think there will be any Dominion scenes on Nublar or Sorna?
I’d believe that the chance of Nublar is low, but maybe some shots with it talking about like “ever since MT. Sibo erupted, and most dinosaurs taken off the island America has went into chaos” or something similar, Sorna? Eh.. I love the island too but I believe nublar might get mentions and that cuz it’s nostalgic
@@vectorrrr I hope Isla Sorna or atleast some the animals from the island are seem in the new movie! The jp2 and jp3 had the best dinosaur designs! The rex pair, the amazing looking jp3 raptors, the awesome pteranodons, the massive stegosaurus and spinosaurus! All of them look amazing and much cooler than their jurassic world counterparts! Hope they return somehow!
I actually hope not and that because like every movie has been on like an island so I hope it like on the like main land not on an uh tiny little island (like I know it not tiny but you know what I mean)

That's already happened, Jurassic world Aftermath featured it as its final boss the bio-luminescent raptor that hunts you down toward the ending.

I remember there was a toy T-Rex from the Lost World: Jurassic Park toy line. A guy in a metal box would be swallowed by the T-Rex and I think it came out the stomach. I never took the toy seriously, but now I now what scene it came from.

To be fair, the super-raptor thing was discovered much earlier by the people of the Behindthegates page from Facebook, that's where i found it.

What a great video to watch over breakfast today. I remember seeing The Lost World in theater during my junior high school days, but it never grabbed me as a film or a book as much as the original or even the Jurassic World movies. But watching your videos got me to go back and give the book and film another chance, and it felt like night and day! I think I’ve reread it twice now in the past year.

I'd have to double check, but I believe having Compys chirping and then shutting up because they sense a predator was used at the end of Fallen Kingdom. When the guy gets out from underneath the trampled car and is looking to grab the Indominus rex bone/sample, there's a bunch of compys chirping and they suddenly become quiet. Right after that the T rex grabs the guy (Mills I think was his name) and wrecks his shit up.
Edit: Just rewatched the video and they don't exactly shut up. They just see the Rex coming and start running away like hell while screaming.

And I totally had that T-Rex toy that ate the guy in the cage/coffin and then was like pooped out of its stomach LOL. Sadly the rubber it was made out of didn't survive in storage over the years, but I do still have a Mobile Command Center, Humvee, and Ground tracker toys (if you're interested in them, I might be willing to send them to ya)
Since this is the latest video you have, I just binge watched the whole camp Cretaceous season 2. And I thought through the whole thing “I can’t wait to hear what Klayton has to say about it!!!”

Some notes I'd like to contribute is that Seismosaurus has since been discovered to be a particularly long-&-large species of Diplodocus (it's been renamed 'Diplodocus hallorum'). And I know that the "Lost World" SEGA Genesis game has a level where you're traversing down a Site B river fending off and attacking *Mosasaurus.* So now I'm curious where the idea to put THAT animal in a "LOST WORLD" video game tie-in cam from 'cause this pre-dates the discarded "JP3" idea of the 'Mosasaur breeding tank.'
Aren't there other long necked sauropods that look like brachiosaurus who go by the names ultrasaurus and supremosaurus?
Prathap Kutty That's 'Supersaurus,' but you were close. That's a valid sauropod species. And at one time (back in the late 80s and throughout the 90s), 'Ultrasaurus' was thought to be a valid sauropod species (even appearing in Universal Studios' "JP" rides). But even that was discovered to be and invalid species.

I love hearing about these unused scripts for the lost world as I feel the same way as you do about the lost world! I would have loved that opening and it would helped to explain JP3 more with the different protyoes. I definitely will have to read these unused scripts for myself. Also that opening reminds me of how in the book Dr. Levine is looking for the island as well.

It would explain why Site B is never mentioned in the first movie.
What if the Indominus Rex and the Indo Raptor were a later version of the super raptor or a Finished version

I’m honestly amazed they chopped the books up (amazing books) and made such good movies. Truly amazing. Most movies based on books fail as soon as they go off script. The stories hold up still and I have always loved them

I thought the Compys having the toxin was implied in the second film because of the way Dieter slowed down and collapses after had had gotten up at first. I guess that could have been from exhaustion from running so much but once he fell the second time it seemed like he was almost paralyzed.

Nice to meet lewis! I'm the same way i watched jp1, jp3, THEN 2!!! I read the M.C books after, as soon as i learnt to read. I LOVE these finds! 💜 Super raptor is really cool concept, to think they were already in the early works of an indoraptor/indominus rex.. Something a lot more genetically spliced and diverse than the original jp movie dinosaurs, and it could've been in the early films. I have my theories though for all the different velociraptors types which I commented on one of your other vidoes. 😊

I have a copy of the Lost World on VHS and man I have only watch it once. Seriously The Lost World early draft script man I wish some of the cut and deleted scenes was in the movie because this is my favorite movie of the series and I did have a remote control t-Rex as an child but I really want to know more about this Super Raptor.

I love how a lot of these ideas in some ways survived in toy form in the Kenner line of lost world toys. Like the t-rex cage surviving as the bull t-rex toy and in some ways the super raptor survived as the repainted utahtaptor exclusive
The lost world would have easily been the best if it wasn’t so damn corny. I loved it as a kid but as an adult I find myself wishing I could smack the person that came up with some of the jokes and relief comedy.
The ending is a joke itself. Nothing more than a Godzilla rip-off

When the hunters in The Lost World were trying to identify the Parasaurolophus, I didn’t hear Corythosaurus, but Charonosaurus. I found that believable because Charono looks very similar to Parasaur.
Does anyone know where this original TLW script is?
Well, it could appear in Dominion considering that we know there's a scene where Alan, Ellie and Ian are in a "small claustrophobic room"
Love the lost world
It seems that anything that wasn't in the movie became a toy.
For example: That "Life Pod" became that cage that was included with the Bull T.Rex
I think a smaller camouflaging predator would be terrifying. Like a velociraptor or Compy that is hiding in a cabin or cave or something and ambushes someone in the dark.
Was the idea of Super Raptor a precursor to Indominus Rex? Also, we have heard what the T-Rex really sounded like according to scientists. Do you think they will incorporate that sound into the new movie? It's pretty scary.

My dad thought if the dinosaurs acted like how the t rex was in the jurrasic world dominion. I would think so too but then again, i also wonder, where does the giant alligator from the lost world arcade game be in the movie? Maybe that one was cut as well.
