- If you had $500 budget to spend on precious metals such as gold or silver, what would you buy? I have two techniques to share, one for silver and one for gold.
What's the best way to stack more weight? Even on a budget. Would you buy gold bullion? Silver bullion? Bars, rounds, coins, or silver eagles?
I like to stack fractional american gold eagles, american silver eagles, and silver bars. What are some ways of keeping your dollar cost average as low as possible? How can you get more silver or gold for your hard earned dollars?
Is American Gold from the US Mint the best gold coin for you to buy? Or is the American Silver Eagle the best silver to stack?
Do you have a monthly budget to buy silver or gold? Is inflation and the increased cost of living eating into your ability to consistently save money for the future?

I almost bought this at spot deal on Friday with some ASE's but ended up holding off for now.. I like the 1/4 Gold Eagles..

I spend half my budget on silver and save the balance to buy 1 ounce gold. Premiums are less and it works for me. I believe any strategy is better than no strategy at all!

Fun exercise we all have different strategies. #1 $500 for Ag would be 2x 10oz generic on SD bullion. #2 $500 for Au. I’d save up 1500 more bucks and buy a 1oz maple or a Britannia. #3 continue to live in one of the US states that doesn’t require tax to purchase precious metals

I'm not a big generic fan either but I bought the 5 oz for spot from Monument (how can you not?)!. APMEX, Monument Metals, JM Bullion & SD Bullion all have silver at spot deals going on right now. Love the RCM bars...just got one the other day. Getting a little heavy on the silver side. Need to diversify...it is hard to pull the funds for gold but necessary I believe. Liberty Coin on eBay has the 1/4 oz AGE at about a 14% premium. Not too bad. Thanks SH...another great video!

Well done brother. I’ve been waiting for this last dip for a while, so I’ve been stacking fiat during my wait.
In three orders, I grabbed 22 ten oz random silver bars, a couple of 1/10 gold Britannias and a 10 gram gold bar.
I’m hoping to see the silver spot drop back to the mid $20 range next week so I can get a little more… if my wife doesn’t beat me up first😂

Premiums need to come down on the gold eagles, just like with the silver eagles. Brit 1/4 oz gold is 11% premium at apmex (and apmex never seems to have a pleasant pricing for quarters i've found (as a customer, who goes there for lower mintage stuff at a reasonable price, that doesn't effect me)) . Whereas Eagle quarters, are eye wateringly not 11%, heh. The US Mint is not living up to the expectation, that they should just bang out gold at a reasonable price, for the people to be able to save their money in that metal. They mint circulation coins for very little per unit and Eagles., both silver and gold are high volume items too. I cannot understand the premium thing at all.
The US Mint is doing a little better than the past couple of years, but need to even make more - so premiums can fall further.
I'm going to pick up some low premium gold before the markets open on Monday. Now is a great time to buy. Lots of lower premium stuff available. Thanks, Silver Heist!

@@SilverHeist love eagles and buffaloes and they are the base of my stack but a $500 budget puts me out of the 1/4 oz AGE range.
I've got right at $400.00 every month for metals. I buy 1 - 1/10th oz gold and 5 - 1 oz's of silver every month and when the gold to silver ratio comes down a lot I'll adjust my quantities. Usually I buy generics and I'll throw in a 10 oz bar if I ever have extra cash during the month!

But of our expansive network of friends and family (I’m Mormon what ya gonna do lol) those who plan together. Be it stacking or food storage yada yada. Seem to be the happiest. We’re not talking doom and gloom here. Just a family who takes the time to ensure security and sacrifices just a bit to know everyone is safe

Personally it's been very tough for me to stack the last 6 months due to cost of inflation. I really like the qrtr gold eagles but the premiums on them are way too high for my taste. Good video. Thankyou

Didn't happen.
With spot and premiums up, the math didn't work.
I managed to get a couple and would love to get one more before years end.
With Silver below my cost average for the 1st time in a couple years, its been a expensive month.
My orders including 20 oz at spot to drive costs down.
The spot deals are the best! It definitely helps the numbers! Keep driving a good bargain. 👍

Premiums on buying are lower than lately right now, so premiums on buybacks are lower now too. JM bullion, I just looked at does not pay more for ten oz RCM, over any other ones. But for the past few years I see eBay and others charging more for RCM than other bars.

$500 for one technique A. Or $500 for technique B.
This month I deployed both techniques. People can choose and model one or the other. Or tweek and do their own path.

Sorry to say but the Type 2 ASE’s are a hard pass at any price.
The type 1 is the classic! Don’t know why the mint changed the coin, but I will buy the new ones at a good price.
