This is an exclusive "Hedgeye Investing Summit" interview between renowned demographer Neil Howe and Hedgeye CEO Keith McCullough.
I love it when self indulgent “financial experts” weigh in on bitcoin and lose a significant amount of credibility. Nice work with the interview though, Keith. I love the channel.
Is this censored or something? There a number of points where several seconds are missing. like at 41:57 when he is explaining how government could very easily engineer inflation.
Good eye, thank you for pointing this out. Cant let the people know how easy it is to rob them...
2021 and you so wrong about bitcoin 🤣🤣🤣
India has the biggest demographic dividend and growth opportunity over next 20 years and still hardly any mention in the video
Hello from Singapore! Great video, i am tempted to get the paid version. I wish you would cover India in greater detail. What are the demographic trends, sectors to invest in and timing. Thanks for the fantastic discussion.
All that can be said of India is that they are envious of China, but are unwilling to do the one thing that would allow them to compete with China, namely, stop apeing the Western Liberalism.
I want Neil to read Uninhabitable Earth and contact me. Great episode
Will this result in the "working age population" actually working into their later years? Seems like many people are not financially ready for retirement as well.
BITCOINS UP 300 % THIS YEAR, NEW ALL TIME HIGH COMING SOON. DON'T LISTEN TO THESE CLOWNS.
The kings and cabal's in this world would never let BTC compete with their fiat scam.
@@goldrushpro Wrong
@@cyberblock7619 - Whatever, if you think the psychopaths who run this world would ever let you bypass their monetary slavery system, you are delusional.
@@goldrushpro NOPE
@@goldrushpro you’re correct, and it’s only not obvious to fools
love this interchange between these two..free flowing talk between highly skilled people that know their stuff...
Just more cow bell, please.
Liked, "Don't like either party".
China is now down 15 million a year with a birth rate of just over one...
Wow. Thank you Keith. Great thought provoking conversations. The Joe Rogan of economic conversation you are Jedi
If they only knew it would 10x.
Dan Aykroyd has a good money show.
Simply Outstanding.
One of the better Hedgeye videos in recent memory.
Listening to their macro view and demographics change is spot on with what we're living through. Listening to them talk about btc makes me lol a bit now that we're sitting around 34k rn. It won't be the main currency for any country but it is absolutely the speculatory asset to hold.
54:53 George Harrison said it best. "Anyone who is smart enough to be a great politician is smart enough to stay out of politics. There ya go! Gen X listened to a lot of Beatles, Pink Floyd and of course Ozzy Osbourne while reading the lyrics.
Neil Howe is the most wisest men of our time because his generational theory guides human behavior across the decades and centuries. Haven't seen many interviews since the trump election though and i fear it's because of the steve bannon association.
We, 65yr olds, are living an extra 9 years compared to 1896 (excluding infants) and this is now going into reverse.
Thank you. Your channel is very educational. Love the charts.
Thanx for the wealth of knowledge. Great interview!
so many great ideas discussed in this talk
18:00 is macron "middle of the road"?
54:53 Gen X needs to step up!
We are not self absorbed as our generational predecessors or successors and we wait for collapse - oops "the great reset" - around 2030 to start to rebuild.
Tulsi Gabbard goes unmentioned, unbelievable. No respect for Howe here.
Leave this Klaus Schwab pupil out of this.
Really? you forgot that Barack Obama is a gen x. So there was already a gen x president.
Obama (born in 1961) is a baby boomer.
