I use to drive a 10 wheel dump and would deliver to contractors yards and remember a couple of places where if you banged the gate or used the jake they would come out and lose their minds. Good tomes 👍
Freddy has the T800 clean you can tell hes an old school highway hauler. The company sell your old W9 yet. Western Star I used to drive it always had exhaust regen issues. Its not in me to drive a truck hard always let the engine do its thing. With these new trucks you have to get the engine hot so it burns off the carbon. I dont like engines that are forced to eat their own sh*t. I cringe running an engine over 2000 rpm. My old Kenworth with a 10 litre Cat no emmsions engine it pulls along at 1200-1500 rpm.
Hey Boston trucker how are you doing today my friend I like watching your UA-cam videos and like the way you explain things to your viewers and they are very good videos and keep up the good work

cool stuff we used ta keep batch plants in chi.area stocked all day back in 80s an on a lot like stuff you do. They used ta call me " REDEYE" love yer truck
From what I’m told, that is the high exhaust temp light. It comes on while the truck is doing a passive regen. Apparently Cummins comes from the factory setup to do them every 100hrs. That rpm change is extremely annoying with an auto shift. It makes the truck very jumpy/jerky and extremely difficult to bump a dock softly.
We pronounce loam as lome here in Oz, but it's the same stuff. I actually hate carting it because it ALWAYS sticks. You end up with a couple of tonne still sitting in the trailer after you've tipped. Much prefer sand or aggregate. Good vid mate, keep up the good work.
Your going to have start running that truck higher rpm than your used to or its going to have that high exhaust temp all the time . " Run it like you stole it "
@@TheBostonTruckerlol Mike this is also not true. Emissions systems need heat to operate efficiently ( burn off soot) lower rpm means higher exhaust temp = good for emissions system.
LOVE THAT WATER PRESSURE WISH WE HAD THAT
Thanks, Mike👍👍👍
You’re welcome!
Morning Mike!! Guys are busy!!! That’s a great thing!!
Mike good morning

Glad to see things cranking for you guys. If trucking is busy that means we are too.
Hi mike! Like the videos and you should do the red bugscreen with the bostontrucker on it, would be really a good touch 🤠

Hello Rhode Island 👋
Mike you need some custom mud flaps on your trailer. Cardillo on the Small mudflaps and The Boston trucker on the middle one.
That would look good!

I’ll have to look into that, thanks for the tip!

The Boston trucker keeps it off the dog houses that's how he avoids sticking. But that might not be possible with a shorter tub
Truck looks good Mike, I see you got that passenger side turn buckle replaced. Safety first right……✌️
Yep, safety is always first!
Nothing wrong with an easy week!
You bet!
"Who was the Non operator that Dinged up the front of your Trailer"
I’ll be at the big apple with my truck this year. It will be the last truck show with my current truck.
Does the company have their own big pits?
Usually when I see that and I have time to sit, I’ll I’ll hit the region button inside the cab and I’ll do a parked regen
How late long does it take?
@@TheBostonTrucker30-40 minutes 😢 hammer down 😊
Can take up to a hour
WOW! Am I doing damage by just keeping running it when the light comes on?
@@TheBostonTrucker guess you better read that manual lol 😆 😂 🤣

Okay thanks
Unfortunately that the kryptonite of new trucks. They're truly meant to run long runs like on the interstate 😢 happy trucking 😊

Was that an old cat dozer starting up or?
Should be spelt "loom"
