To me, this track is Watsky’s love letter to his fans and everyone listening. In the last section he notes “I hope you enjoy my twenties as much as I did.” He hopes everyone enjoys his work just as much as he enjoyed making it.

YES THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY REQUEST :D Glad you liked it man! Really really happy, honestly.
You even uploaded on my birthday bro! Thanks for the well birthday wishes man, best birthday gift I got today no lie :)
I'd love if you could react to Watsky ~ Little Slice (Since you liked the very last one so much, promise it's only 3 minutes hahaha) as a bonus b-day gift :D it's a lot shorter promise

Lovely Things Suite II talks about the pianist Arthur Rubenstein. Wildly famous until a flopped show in the USA stalled his career. Stuck so far away from home with no way to get back, and no source of income to fund his stay where he was, he tried hanging himself. After the attempt failed, he realized that the key to true happiness is letting go. Eventually, he made his way back to Berlin, rebuilt his fame and fortune, and came back to the USA to perform again, but this time the show sold out.

Great reaction, this one is hard to come by so I'm glad you added some substance to it and were able to actually understand a good amount of the underlying messages. Watsky is one of my favorite rappers because of how poetic he is, he started as a spoken word poet. The tone of his voice grows on you as you listen to him more and more.
The part where it cut out and went to static in the middle of the song represents the uncertainty in life and that things could just end at any time. This is actually the end of the album. The next song (last one you saw) is the first track of his album and starts with the same chaotic "life noises" that you hear after the cutoff, so the album itself is a loop.
I'm glad you took this request, but it's extra cool that it was for one of your subs birthday. Another one to check out by Watsky is Welcome To The Family. Not for my birthday or anything, but it's another one of his greats so you may like it.

Thank you thank you thank you!! So happy to see someone react to such artistic greatness. Watsky has so many dimensions, but doesn’t often get the right treatment from reactors.

Already rewatched this 3 times my man :D Really appreciate you reacting again bro, I'll be around for all my requests and then some; would be cool for you to also start doing shows/movies as that's blowing up in the reaction community and would help you expand a lot more :)
To answer one of your questions in your vid, all the old stuff you reacted to was REALLY old Watsky, he didn't really find himself and his unique voice til like late 2016 & 2017, which woah woah woah was from like 2012/13 especially with X Infinity, so yea his new stuff is a lot more "him" and more unique

I could really tell the difference with this sounding like his true self. I didn't realize he grew THIS much man. I was looking at doing some compilation reactions. how are the other reactors skipping past the copyright army w/ the movies and shows?!? I can barely get most of these songs through 😅

So glad you reacted to this and hopefully noticed how Watsky changed as he matured. This is one of my fav pieces. The last song (the non-animated one) is not part of the Lovely things suite officially (aside from the looping nature of the album, as mentioned below by Christopher), but it IS part of a trilogy on its own… it is part of the “Tiny Glowing Screens” series (of which this is the part 3). That one is also nice, but pt 2 is pure spoken poetry. Anyways, if you want to experience the lovely things suite again in a different manner (on your own time, not for reaction), I would recommend this live performance he filmed in 360, which I think its super cool. ua-cam.com/video/3pxl0-zPq-4/v-deo.html
