Great video mate! I got inspired to buy a GA and that 100mm riser from watching your videos a while back now. Hard to beat skewers over lump charcoal. Great to see some new vids, good on ya mate!
Dude, the "pew, pew, pew" had me laughing!!!!!!! I am American so of course I love me some Pew Pew's! Love me some chicken thighs! This dish looks great Schuey! Cheers from Oceanside CA mate! So happy to have you posting again!
Mate, I do these with my Weber Summit Kamado all the time. You really need to get one and cook with it. I think you’ll love it. And it’s a two beer build process.
Ah Schuey Schuey Schuey. It's been a fantastic summer (ok, actually a shit wet never-quite-summer) in UK. We dashed out between rainstorms and did a few of your things. But NOW our side of the planet is turning to face the dismal void of space. We must watch your vids, become moist in the mouth craving a meat injection and wait SIX MONTHS till we can enjoy outdoors again. To those of us following the UK Sun beer timer, thats a 2,520 beer wait... If we comit an crime can we still get sent to HMP Australa to play in the sun? Coz DAYUM!
@@michaelbelliveau8755 🤣"timers stay cold". That does sound fun but we don't really have that kind of winter in UK - just cold, rainy & grey grey grey.

Ooh now that sounds like fun @muzaaaaak, but there maybe something else coming 😉
Great video. What is the purpose of using the 100 mil riser vs. just putting the yakitori grate on the grill body?
