It is very great teach..this yoga....and health..a good science..but a scholar asked me whether it will help to develop Advaita...and merge the potted (body) energy... soul....into environment and salvation..and escape birth and life permenant...but science also told death is irreversible,and one birth,life,and one death for living being...then adwaith is supreme truth one with modern science..which tells death is permanent..our country has such a universal scientific truth invented from ancient yogis..and in life time peace,health,and .. satisfaction by self realisation and realising ultimate sciencectruth .by procedures..is it so ?.

can you suggest them to use food processor or vegetable fruit cutting mandoline they might not be aware of it you can show them picture on google or students from west can get one for them if they dong get there it will be great help for them they might make prototype of it locally

From the ages, food is being cooked by humans and the element Aghni(Fire).
Ashram maintains enough heigine. Over heigine is not good. The Machines are not right for making food.
