Warm-up for shoulder exercises
Using a light resistance band, you can warm up your shoulder with inner and outer rotator cuff movements. Aim for three sets of 15 to 20 reps per arm. This warm-up exercise for your shoulders should feel easy and pain free. If you experience pain, stop and consult a doctor.
Additional exercises for chronic shoulder pain
• Overhead stretches using resistance bands.
• Banded pass-throughs for flexibility.
