How to cook Fried Tilapia | Wet Fry Tilapia Simple Recipe

    Fresh Tilapia Fish
    Onions
    Tomatoes
    Garlic
    Cooking Oil
    Salt
    Water
    Instructions
    Clean Fish - Wash your fish carefully, and make sure all scales are removed
    Rub salt all over the fish including the insides.
    Heat oil in a wide frying pan.
    When the oil is hot, put-in the tilapia.
    Fry each side in medium heat for about 6 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
    Repeat until all the fish are deep fried.
    Remove from the pan and arrange in a plate.
    Next Steps
    Put cooking oil in a pre-heated cooking pan/sufuria
    Add the onions and cook for a minute(until light brown)
    Add the garlic and cook for half a minute
    Add the tomatoes and cook till a paste is formed(about 2 minutes)
    Add the water and bring the mixture to boil(or use pre-boiled water).
    Dip the fish and cover to cook for about 5 minutes(under low heat)
    Sprinkle the dhania on top and set aside.
