What about the Trim under the horn?(not m sport wheel) can you post a vid on how to get that out without breaking anything? of F30 models - from research it requires you to remove the airbag?

how do you take ac vents off of dashboard trim ?
do you know how to remove the passenger side air vent? do you have to remove the trim first which you removed starting @2:25
You can alao take out rear seat climate vent.
Hardeat part is that lim piece in passanger side of dash board. I did it in my F30, good luck!
I also spray painted black this little rings on iDrive joystick.

I can’t seem to get the door handle trim started for removal. Really sucks. Why so freaking complicated? I’ve removed trim before, but this little access hole with hidden lever is ridiculous.
Im stuck on that right now. Cant get a screwdriver small enough to get in and press it down 😠

I'm stuck here too. He made it look so easy. Tried screw drivers and picks and can't find this damn lever.
EDIT: finally got it off by prying up the rest of it first. But it turned out that the metal tab on mine is different. I had to push it to the side unlike the one in the video. Errr nevermind, I had just bent it a lot...

Hi JD Cars. Cool video. Quick question, how do I make sure the driver side vent that you just took off from your car is securely fastened because mine moves and not secured-ly in. How do I correctly put it back in?
As long as you do not damage the clips then it should fit securely when you reinsert the vent
Know how to remove the passenger vent grille? Its right above that dash trim piece you removed
Yes, it should pop out similarly to the two other grilles

How do you take the door trims off? Not the door handle one but he thin one running across?

JD Cars, so in your car I can tell yours is already black. It’s the thin piece of trim running just above your door handle in between the actual door panel. In my car is red color.

It would be great to see this on g20 so I could silence this cracking plastic that drives me nuts. I know perhaps my hearig is oversensitive.
