HVAC installation - Easy 90% furnace swap out

This was a nice and simple 90% gas furnace swap out. The only thing we really had to do was a small metal transition from the furnace to the bottom of the ac coil due to the new furnace being shorter.

The evaporator coil doesn't need to be taken out like ac?

Looks like garbage. If my boss saw that we would have to do it again. Ya should've put the furnace on a box to pull air from the side and bottom. That flexible hose on the gas... really? The hideous tape job. Sorry no amount of "squeegee" is gonna help that. It looks like a couple 20 something yr old did it.
