Redwoods treewalk is a unique walk through bridges and platforms suspended 20 meters high up the forest floor. It is such an extraordinary experience to see and enjoy the forest from above. The walk would take around 40 minutes and is perfectly suitable and safe for all ages.
At dusk, this place turns into a magical scene as 34 lanterns and colorful lighting lit up the area (Redwoods Nightlights). Although it’s the same treewalk, it is quite a different experience at night. Currently, they are offering a free night deal for every purchase of the day treewalk.
We definitely had a blast specially our little one. Without a doubt, we can say that Redwoods Treewalk is one of the must-dos in Rotorua.
Location: 1 Long Mile Road/Tītokorangi Drive (access off Tarawera Road), Whakarewarewa, Rotorua New Zealand

Redwoods Nightlights are turned on at dusk.

Beautiful trees! Great bonding with nature guys 🤩💕
♥️♥️♥️
cool man I am glad someone planted these trees over 100 years ago, now its almost impossible to import non native trees into New Zealand, I hope they let these trees grow as California ran out of water and all the trees are dying
