I’m 52 and in perimenopause and find that magnesium bisglycinate works great for the restless legs I sometimes deal with (along with a good night time stretch!) and it gives me a deeper sleep. Also cutting out alcohol for sure. Being vegan for over 10 years now has definitely helped with symptoms 🙌🏻😃 Love your channel, keep up the good work ❤🇨🇦

I just watched your healthy hair video from 4 years ago...I'm a great believer in food as 'medicine' and that was thee most informative video I have watched so far! I already eat a number of the foods but will add in the rest....currently perimenopause and have lost half of my hair...very sad indeed as I love my locks! So, thank you! :)
