Good to see Phil using his HSE approved, steel toecapped sliders 😂
I did cringe afew times LOL 😄
his tin box, his rules I guess. I mean, he could wear high heels if he wanted to and we'd have nothing to say about it 😂
Safety flip flops
Phil is just playing forza in real life at this point, that's one hell of a car collection 😍
Must be cool getting to work with your best friend everyday
U have the coolest car collection going 😎 😍
Thank you 👍
I never thought that I would be jealous about a storage area like yours. Excellent work gents.
Looks so much better now and saves you loads of space.
That's awesome, definitely a thing that needed to happen.
man, what a toy box you've got there! way better than that schmuseum place...
Garage goals there!!!
Starts looking like a Swiss Watchfactory, kind of…. Well done guys! Keep on cracking!
Awesome job - ive a 4 post ramp in my garage and its such a useful addition
Great ramps and top job you guys have done. Lots of space now
Nice work between the both off you, all the hot/sweaty work has paid off. Looks amazing.👍🤟✊🔥👏
"Hi guys its Schphil from driftworks................................." Love the ramps, ramp envy right about now
Ramp envy...?! I'm waaaaayyyy more about the car envy right now....
That has cleaned the workshop up a treat. Now you have enough room to make a new mess!
Ha ha right!? The only way
Get those 'tuff tiles' for the floor. Can get them coloured and pattern them how you like and easy to install
looks awesome!
and i love to see both my future cars together " rwb and merci " just wait illl just need to win the lottery and i can feel it comming!!
awsome!! what an end result !!!!
All they need now is lighting underneath 👌🏻👌🏻
I thought about it. Then thought 'stop it!'
@@driftworks great minds think alike mate 🙄🤣
Dope to see the S15s Phill!
Awesome set up,dream garage there mate
Thanks 👍
Fuck me always forget about how many cars you’ve got. Casually remembering you have a 997 gt3 just chilling.
That looks absolutely awesome. What are you going to do with all the extra room?? Pack it with more cars??😅
That thumbnail killed me 😂 Nailed it!
Well done lads! That looks epic!!!
Great video! I heard many of those car youtube channels based in the US get discount or some sort of brand deal from Bendpak. Would be curious to see future updates (if any) on how your lift systems operate in the future 👍
Presentable indeed. It's all about the floor space gained though. =]
In this episode we see the v10 m3 finally get on the shelf where it shall live
you know you're old when you look at Phils car collection and rather than think, I'd love to own all of those, you think, that's a nice tidy way of storing some money away in assets.... Although adding up the Tax and insurance on all those would be eye watering. Just tax 1 a month and rotate.
They've brought a Gran Turismo dream garage to life 😍
seen adam lz's garage? this is nothing crazy enough.
Awesome & neat 👏
Light/dark grey floor with the orange parts on the ramps and racking would look good.
he's only making more room to park more cars in there we know yer game sonny lol
Very nice!
Living the dream! That looks bloody brilliant 😎
Should totally add some led lighting strips down the undersides of the lifts to light up the ones under neath.
Setup looks 👌
Keep the garage content coming!! That looks so good with all the cars on there, got to love and appreciate garage organisation, imagine how good it would look if all the car parts were behind doors and floors painted with all the cars clean 😍
10 cars on and under the new lifts plus the 2 in the other area and what.... only 3 aren't Phil's 😂
Good to see.u guys growing and achieving lots of good stuff. keep the good stuff going !!
Thanks! Will do!
That was almost a first ramp burnout.
Also I suppose that puts a relocation out of the option mill, doesn’t look like the kind of job you want to do twice,
Just need some companies surrounding you to shut up shop for more space
Just reminds me of doing meccano when I was a kid lol great job Jay an phil
We know Phil is going to purchase at least 2 more vehicles now
Hey Phil, can we get an update on the V10 e46? I'm assuming you guys are waiting on the headers being fabricated?
There is none I'm afraid. It's totally on hold until I find some time to dedicate to it. it not getting in the way of my other projects was the rule when I bought it back.
All i see, is space for 6 new cars :D
Everything ye do is class
To bring up an old point
Jay do got this ! Could turn his hand to anything id say
Looks great lads, well done 👏
Everything is made in China, they look sturdy and anyway, does a CE mark mean anything in the UK anymore? 😂
I somehow forgot all about the V10 M3...
10 car pile up just north of Birmingham 😜
I actually really enjoyed this from an engineering point of view as much as many of your other videos, although I'm missing some car content other than the Lambo ATM. Great work guys, as always!
Thanks for taking the time to show us this, as always a very interesting vid. Can't lie, I have to tell you that I am more than a bit envious but well done and you deserve all your success. Look forward to the next instalment of whatever !!
What's the minimum width and height of a garage to fit 2 sets of these(2 cars beside each other) so I can store 4 cars in a 2 car garage?
You guys need an orange driftworks 'NCP' carpark sign 😂🏴💙.
Excellent video guys like the system looks cool brilliant use of space and colour coded too 😉 back to the cars soon I hope stay safe cracking job ! 👍🏻
Lovely items, fair play. Can cars go on in either direction? Do you have a particular reason for reversing on, aside from the look? Which it definitely does look nicer.
They can. It's much easier to get out if you park them forwards. It just doesn't look as good.
amazing work, pure workshop goals! the lifts were very needed, glad you guys have a fully functional space to store the cars now
Smashed it. Looks great, functional and yes finally some space for more dynamite motors 👍🏽
9:01 jays face lol
Excellent. Now you have more space, Phil will be buying more cars
Poor V10 , collecting dust ! ❤️
Better than collecting rust like it was before I saved it.
@@driftworks
Yeap . Love that car .
Love your channel .
Looks great Phil, what type of charger did you say that you use? Do you have a link
do you have proper fire suppression? with all those pretty valuable cars in there it would be nice.
great video, nice looking set up, if driftworks did meccano eh! Top Job!
Thanks 👍
I'd forgotten how good the DW S15 looks, you've gotta get it running and take it out drifting somewhere once the other projects are done!
For sure. The only thing is, there's still nowhere to drive it. I've really lost interest since we lost Rockingham.
@@driftworks what about 3 sisters or teeside? Sure, it's further to drive, but it would be worth it once you're there, for certain
We need another purpose built drifting track further south, or at least a track that allows it...
😆😆😆 " Shmee posing" LMFAO
Damn, that just looks sexy! The lifts/cars i mean :)
Nice to see the ramps are sporting “drift works orange” 👌👍😉
Built to our own spec which is pretty cool.
You should probably make new rear bars instead of flip them down.
Your triangle plates do almost nothing. When a beam is stood up like that it is either to increase the stiffness vertically or prevent the sides from twisting. I don't think the vertical stiffness is an issue but twisting might be.
Taking that kind of a chance on a Chinese product is not something I would do (p.s. I have a Chinese 4 post lift).
At minimum weld on some short tubes on top of the sideways beams to pick up the top bolts.
What a great investment in the DW Shop! So much room for activities! :D
Reckon that was worth all the sweat and tears to see the fleet all together.........a great collection !
Loving the British standard safety flip flops lol
I bet that 1 dislike is shmee or shart sorry I mean shmark150 😂😂
That’s so fucking cool
Can you rewire the controls to be pendants, will remove the braining devices from face height.
Add some CTEK or similar battery charges with drop down extension leads to keep all the batteries topped off while cars are in storage…. Should have waited until the end before commenting 😂
Nice job.
You can, and I have thought about doing that. I have an inch long scar on my head now thanks to them. As mentioned at the end, the ramps will have their own sockets for Cteka
Living the dream 👍 needed to crouch down to complete the pose 😆
LOL for that Shmee pose...
Phil ain't you tried that clicking you fingers thing and you come back and it's done 🤷🏽♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 a week later
3 weeks 😂
Some Aussie spec safety boots there Phil 😂😂🙈
The whole time I was watching that, all I was thinking was please don't drop anything on your foot! Flip flops tut tut! 🤣🤣
It was a calculated risk. Definitely still a risk when working with Jay though 😄
If you run out of space Phil I'm happy to look after the E30 and the 964 for you. I'm super kind like that mate. Any chance you can tell me what colour you used on the 964's wheels please? Mark
The 964 wheels are a Work Wheels colour done at the factory. I think it's 3 stage, so there's not a code or anything.
@@driftworks Thanks. 🙂👍
Phil, have you bought my old Mustang 5.0 GT? Looks like it, has all track mods, manual conversion plus a Cobra IRS. Cheers, Rich Nicholls (ex-Japanese Performance mag).
Hi Rich, it's Jays. It's now LSX Turbo over 850hp & going for +1000 later this year. There's a whole build series playlist on here.
I thought Bendpak just gave away their lifts if you made car videos, but seemingly not .
Well done boys - it's been a bit of sweatfest of late, so ideal time to tackle a project like that!! Hahaha!
Btw - I really like the music you use on your channel - any names, titles etc...??
Cheers. It's paid licensed music, so I'm not sure it's available anywhere else unfortunately.
@@driftworks That's cool, just know that it's appreciated, and something I identify with your channel. Love it!
Ej swap in the S15 sounds mint 😂
How are these holding up for you guys?
Still good 👍
End result looks amazing!
So you didn't ask Craig for anything? lol Looks spot on
Haha, no Craigs were harmed in the making of this.
Another great video gents. The ramps and cars look Pukka! Strange seeing Phil without a cap on! 😁. You need some proper compressor pipework in the garage now. Let me know if i can help with that 👍
Can anyone tell me a make or supplier for these ramps. Sorry if I missed it somewhere.

@@dsalbatera Thank you Sir
Those lifts turned out great, very neat. Well worth the cost when you look at space saved........well until you buy 5 more cars. Well done, thanks.
You got me thinking... I need to replace the AD08R tyres on my MX5 NC. Is it true that Yokohama ruined the grip with their new compound? Something about silica. I was thinking about getting a set of Nankang NS-2R tyres so long as they're just as good for year-round on the road.
Yeah new Yokos are useless. NS-2R are a good performance / moderate trackday tyre. I wouldn't be too keen on using them in the snow. but the same can be said for most of the expensive Michelins I use.
@@driftworks Thanks very much. I'll steer clear of the Yokohamas. I'm down below the legal minimum so I should take the plunge this week, and I see you have NS-2Rs quite reasonably priced in your shop.
Looks mega lads, top job!
I SERIOUSLY wondered why you never did this before- what with all the auto's you have on site.
That's a nice amount of hp in one shot.
Came here for the flip flops 😂
Awsome work guys, is that the first time we've seen Phil with no cap on, almost didn't recognise him.
Haha, it happens once every couple of years.
@@driftworks great to see you got a mention on island works today, 👍👍
RARE hatless phil
That's how freakin hot it was 😄
well done guys beers and pizza all round and i love the safety boots i think we can make you guys honourary aussies now where is the barra hiding lol cheers from down under
I used to build these for a company in Warwickshire, good job guys!
Cool. Any idea what they charged? It's definitely no easy task.
@@driftworks Unsure on costs, I was simply there to fit. For a set of your size we'd have 3 guys and a 5 day week to complete. Measuring and install was easy and done in the first two, the next three would usually be spent trying to get the buggers level 🤬 keep an eye on the welds if they're Chinese made (wonky welds was usually the cause of misalignment of the racks) We'd often be calling local welders to come and check or reweld some areas. The four posters are a lot more faff, you definitely went for the best option to DIY install. Again, looks great from here 👍
looks better than 4 post lyft
Awesome video lads
Thanks 👍
