      We comprehend it by playing one frequency in left and a different in the right. Thats why theres a wavling sound to the tone when you have headphones in. Take one out and its a solid tone

    Great production overall. But a bloody advert at 5 hours 57 and 4am in the morning coulda killed me…
    Awful experience to have it blare out suddenly and wake me; given the overall effect of the video.
    I won’t be listening to this again unless I know the adverts are moved.

    • @christophercummins8423

      The windchimes were a distraction for me at first, mainly because there is another gong performance I listen to regularly that ends with chimes, and I kept thinking it was time to wake up.
      But after listening to that, which is only an hour long, I would wake up and start this. I always would get back to sleep with good results. Mainly listening with soundbar and sub reclined in a chair.
      However I'm on a sort of vacation and using my earbuds the last few days, and now I'm used to the track, and can enjoy it more fully, even though I'm not getting the full body effect, I'm hearing it the way it is meant to be heard I feel.
      I just woke up from this because my batteries got low and the "helpful" voice prompts ended my great sleep.
      So basically, this time as I started to meditate/ seek rest, the sounds of me in a place as if resting on the beach listening to the waves as the wind gently blew this way and that, thus the chimes.
      I had two hours of very vivid and enjoyable dreams!
      So, in short, the chimes are no longer an issue, and now are part of the process rather than the end. An old technique I learned when starting meditation 35 years ago was take these distractions, whatever they may be, and feel them putting you deeper into that desired state.
      As for the 4hz. No, the human ear cannot hear it. Yes, the mind and body to feel it, as a harmonic result, as I understand it.
      I don't often comment, but I've listened to this work almost exclusively for a couple weeks now, and felt after finally reading some others it was time to contribute more than the simple like and subscribe.
      Thank you for this.
      Also, I'm not sure how much healing I've got from this but as for vivid dreams it is succeeded by no other.
      Also... ads... I rarely get an ad in any of these, only one or twice, in other videos I also never heard one before. I think it is random and not the authors fault. Usually just one at the beginning.
      I'll stop here with this. 35 years ago I had an nde. There is nothing good that comes from negative energy. Flinging attacks and bitterness never brings us higher. It only makes us tastier for the entities that feed on it. If one doubts this then there is much to learn.
      Thanks again.

    unfortunately, it is technically impossible for most listeners to take advantage of 4 Hz since most audio equipment earphones, headphones, speakers and subwoofers can NOT reproduce 4 Hz, especially in a consumer grade listening system or setup. sooo.... you make your own conclusions on this video. Good intentions, but unachievable. Also - Bonus: 20 Hz is the limit to human hearing, any frequency below this is only felt, some military weapons are used for non lethal crowd control which do product sound waves lower than 20 Hz.

    • @christ_ie3714

      Fortunately, with using binaural beats, *it is* possible for our brain to *percieve* the difference between two slightly different tones, when played at the same time in opposite sides of the ear.
      This particular peice is using 214hz in the left and 218hz in the right, creating the 4hz illusion that our brain will percieve and sync to (not hear) and then in turn our bodies and minds will benefit from!!

      Hope this helps,
      Bonus: Maybe try reading the description before trying to discredit someone.
      And I'm sure your intentions were probably good, and your information accurate, but you may need to do just a little more research on the topic at hand before you comment.

      also, just throwing it out there Ive been an audio engineer for some time now bro. but you go with your base self. The thing is, I liked this channel, some good stuff on here is published which I genuinely enjoyed. My reply was Fact Based Only, with no emotion attached to it bro just pure fact as you can fact check that bro. but we all know how things are these days, so win.... lol.

    • @Mettaverse
      @Mettaverse  Рік тому +7

      I hear what you're saying. Binaural beats are a perception of sound created by your brain. If you listen to two tones, each at a different frequency and each in a different ear, your brain creates an additional tone you can hear. This third tone is called a binaural beat.

    • @ipadjunkie9
      @ipadjunkie9 Рік тому +1

      @@Mettaverse yep, I'm a fan of Binaural Beats and have been for decades now. I was just basing my input on practical applications of frequency tones used in healing or to enhance a state of mind. When done right, these frequencies can have a profound positive effect on the human body has proven by Dr Rife (who I can guess inspired you to create your musical works). Anything put into public domain to heal and or help others is a good contribution to our civilization, so your video is positive in my view, and people can use videos like this as a spring board to create positive change if they believe it can.
