This is me, seriously. My kids are constantly saying stuff like this to me. I’m bipolar and it messes with my memory.

Not to this extreme, but this is me 😅. I start questioning my life when everyone remembers the same thing except for me. I either remember it differently or not at all.
On top of that, my family will also misremember things and try to gaslight people that they’re not wrong and the other person is misremembering.
So, if someone tells me something happened, I start having an internal debate on if they’re right or confused or something. I rarely am confident in my memory now. The few times I am, though, I’ve started some arguments with the gaslighters 😅
